I have literally only one criticism towards this show, and it's the fact they changed Horse's character design. She was so much more expressive in the beginning, and the visual comedy of a "realistic" horse in these situations was pitch-perfect xD
Yeah I'm hoping in the next season they have a part where she finds that her new form was another one of her spells, and that she can turn it off to go back to her old design. Most of the spells in centaur world aren't practical, so it makes sense that her new look could just be retconned as a needless spell.
I agree with this so much!!! When Horse sang who is she when talking to the whale shaman and turned back to her original form I was so happy because I love it so much as a contrast. They should of just changed her hair and tail

I just hope that Rider is given an actual name in the second season, assuming that they'll be showing more humans from her original world. It'd be kinda weird if all of them were just referred to by their ranks/jobs/whatever like General, Footman, Archer, Pikeman, Cook, etc. the entire time

The idea of suicide to suicidal people sounds freeing, like a perfect escape from everything, but at the same time, you leave everything behind and end any chance of things getting better.

I'm so sad everyone hates Horse's new design. I felt the same way when it was first revealed but it very much grew on me. I love the symbolism, especially as someone who has always struggled to accept themselves and ppl around them. I really identified with Horse's journey through vulnerability and I rlly enjoy the physical representation of that
I'm starting to think that the centaurs reproduce asexually and shooting small clones from their hooves is how they multiply, and the clones gradually grow larger.
I've always suspected something of the way ched told zelius that he *_is_* beautiful maybe is because of how sweet he sounds, how his pupils are more dilated or how he was actually being genuine compared to his usual sarcastic way of being with anyone, especially with horse
I like how, even though Horse is a war vetern, some things creep her out or had her cringe. Then again, there are peobably things on the colorful world that can be creepy.
