Very well explained introduction into Lithic Technology thru the use of traditional organic tools and the fracture mechanics of various stone materials. Recommending Archeologist John C.Whittaker's book very good with the exception of some of the illustration's (1994 &1995 University of Texas Press). Thank you for this fine presentation. Vincent James Ajello (Lithic Technologist/Researcher)
A video covering some of the less famous tool cathegory artifacts, like notches, denticulates, retouched flakes and blades, awls would be great for novices and not just them.)
Thank you, good explanations & close up shots of materials was very helpful. The graphic drawing are simple& less confusing. Good video.
