Kudos for mentioning personas. I don't think enough nonprofits (or businesses, for that matter) think about their target users in this way, but a little investment in this area can shed a lot of light on who you're talking to.

Hi, so I work for this nonprofit organization where the main focus is providing an annual 2 day summit and bring in leaders from all around the world to talk. It is my job to create our tik tok presence, do you have any ideas on how we could do that on tiktok? My goal is to increase brand awareness, promote ticket sales and include testimonies from leaders and what they have learned, why its important to grow in your leadership skills etc. I just feel like im all over and would love your advice!
