How many spawner farms can fit in the beginning areas of the game? Is there significant performance problems with doing that?

I've never counted so I'm not sure. I wouldnt think there would be significant performance issues but I think it depends on your PC. I have noticed that I get some minor performance decrease when I first load into my main farms (which are huge farms) but it goes away after a few seconds once everything is loaded.

I hear there was a problem with mobs spawning outside of mobspawner area, did they fix it ? #MAD4CK #PC

yes and no. They fixed one of the causes but the devs don't think they fixed all of the causes yet. So if you're still experiencing it the devs are asking people to put in bug reports.
Personally I haven't experienced the issue since the last patch that fixed the main cause.
