I just want to let you know that I'm a single dad in Atlanta. My daughter, Zadie, 7 and my son, Liam 12 and I have watched almost all of your videos. Zadie especially knows they come out every wednesday and we can't wait to get home and watch. I even sanded down my old Lodge cast iron skillet because of you. It's so refreshing to watch you and your wife enjoying cooking, each other, and the outdoors. You've got 3 fans here in Atlanta. Keep up the great work.

Cowboy Kent Rollins at his best, great video, great recipe and I hear tomorrow the weather is fine so that grilled filet and onion are exactly what we'll grill on our balcony. My lovely wife Claudia just took a quick look over my shoulder and when she saw Kent and the Beagle she was instantly planning out tomorrow's meal, so that's settled.
In good tradition to what Cowboy Kent teaches as good manners, I'm also tipping my hat to German soldiers and their beloved families who don't get the recognition, love, empathy and respect they deserve in my country. May our boys and girls get home safely, I appreciate their dedication to doing whatever's asked of them and risking their life while being currently deployed in Kosovo, the Mediterranean Sea, Aegean Sea, Cyprus, Jemen, Lebanon, Mali, Sudan, Iraq and Afghanistan.

I was deployed when I watched this. It was the first video I ever saw from Mr. Rollins. I remember I was just watching videos to feel closer to home, at the time. At the end at 13:09, well that got to me, and I became a follower of this channel and a fan for life. I hope one day to make a trip to the Red River Ranch and meet Mr. Rollins in person. God bless and keep making great videos and even better food.

My area was one of many hit by the tornatos. 15 total. 8 days with no power or internet and I have been going through Cowboy Kent withdrawal. It's great to have you back.

If anyone is wondering the seasoning they sell is AMAZING. Put it on some home made french fries for an out of this world flavor. Burger sauce, chicken, bacon I have even added it to some sausage I made for a garlic bread pizza I grilled up.

Love that onion. I used. To cook onions like a baked potato. Cut the onion like you did and then set it on foil, enough to wrap it and then put butter and garlic salt down in the cuts and then wrap it up and throw it in a bed of coals cover and cook just like a potato. Mmmmmmmm good!!!. Love watching you cook! More power to you!

Got your book for my Mother on mothers day. Don't know how many recipes she's tried so far, every time I text her I get a reply back on a cake or a meatloaf or something. Wish I had found the channel sooner.
