1 cup coconut pulp (Sapal ng Niyog)
1/3 Cup brown Sugar
Sapin Sapin Mixture:
2 cups glutinous rice flour
1 cup all purpose flour
2 1/2 cup coconut milk (1st Squeeze or unang piga)
1/2 to 1 can of condensed milk (adjust depends on your desired sweetness)
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1/4 tbsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
food color (yellow and violet)
