Congrats on the upgrade! I'm looking into upgrading my suspension in the near future as well. I really like the U.P. stuff too. Swaybar upgrades are near the top of my list for performance upgrades on any car because they're something that you can actually feel while cornering. In addition to less body roll, you can adjust them for more or less understeer / oversteer. RWD cars usually tend to have more oversteer, and FWD/AWD has more understeer. To reduce the understeer on your AWD Tesla, you'll want a softer setting on the front bar and a stiffer setting on the rear bar. So that's something fun you can play around with. It's actually pretty easy to adjust on your own in your driveway with a basic wrench and ratchet set.
While im not 100% sure, I do think that the calipers (and discs) are completely differnt on the P model. I dont have an LR model my self, but I do have YP (2023) and 3P (2019), at least on the 3P the calipers are fixed and discs are floating. The calipers are also better and lighter than the LR model of the 3. For me it does look as if the YP 2023 has the same calipers as the 3P from 2019, so I imagine the YLR might not have the same calipers as the P model.
Very nice. You are giving it a more agressive feel, I think I would do the same if I had one. Keep up the great work and don't forget to change that oil filter lol Hahah jk not sure if you would have to. Might be on the regular maintance list but everyone says you don't need to do maintance to the vehicle lol
How do you feel, If you care at all, about the fact that your 2020 model Y has the same brake lights as a model 3 but all 2021 and 2022 model Y’s have the tailights as the break light and just an amber turn signal.
@@Gjeebs For sure, just curious. I prefer yours as well, as they’re the same on the model 3 I prefer the brake light style. however I do like that model Y gets amber turn signals and model 3 unfortunately doesn’t
This has to be the best handling model Y around. Congrats you made an electric version of your M2👏

Lol, this guy can't rotate tires let alone "have fun" doing this in his driveway. He actually took his Y to have some one replace the sway bars.
Free-moving polyurethane bushings tend to squeak when going over bumps. Grease helps until it wears off and the squeaking returns.
How do we prevent it?
@@J-J-TLby not buying these.
You have to grease them regularly
@@henrycruz45calSo no to aftermarket at all?
