@whatupification i'm using evans clear g2s in these videos so if you like the tone they are a safe bet. but if you want a warmer tone i'd go with the evans coated g2s. i like remo pinstripes too

i got one word... AMAZING.
well accually i like the remo bass head but thats just me... what heads do you recommend i use that remo bass , remo pinstripe for the toms , and some triple ply aquirian head that the guy at the music store said was the tufest next to cevlar. and i have ok drums i use a 5 piece pearl export fusion set. so anything other suggestions?

I like it! For those who said there were no issues in timing, you are partially wrong and correct at the same time. Some parts just seemed awkward and certain snare hits were either played on the very front of the beat, or the very back of it; this made listening to some parts very agitating. However, you stuck with it and managed to find your way on the front side of the beat more often. Also, it sounded as if you were suffering from fatigue towards the end! It happens, man. Good work regardless

OMG i love that cover i would kill to play like that. But i have a queston. How do you get all of your drums to sound so clean. mine sound very raw. Like for example my snare has alot of ring to it. but i would like it to sound like yours short sweet and clean. and how to you get your toms so clean. do you tune them to a specific note? and ive tried alot of crap for my bass drum like the remo head that has that pad at the bottom to muffle it but still not as clean as i want it. any tips?
Hey, I haven't beend rumming long (like 3 months but never had a lesson or anything lol) and I bought some new tom/snare/bass skins and I need some help! A guy saw a video of mine and said my toms need tuning? I have no idea how to tune them properly and wouldnt mind them sounding, not much different from your toms! How could I tune them to make them sound better? =) I have "remo pinstripes white coated" if that helps? Thanks! and - AMAZING COVER DUDE! YOUR AWESOME!

I find the alternating, both-hands thing you do on your hi-hat (and briefly after the solo with your crash) really interesting. Takes coordination that I don't have. 'Course, I'm a bass player that very casually drums on the side.

I like when you do the "stick trick crap" makes it feel more alive and dynamic, instead of just a plain boring statue hitting on some drums.
