I came to know about Nazia Hassan after 21 years of her TRAGIC END Although I had listened "Aap Jaisa Koi Meri Zindagi Mein Aaye" in my childhood days on Radio but didn't knew the Singer's Name... I read all about her which is available, Now I realised that Human Beings like Nazia Hassan come rarely in this world & She was One of The Most Respected Human Beings ever came on Earth.. Whenever I listen to Nazia Hassan's songs, It seems like She is near around me.. I felt emotional after knowing that Her Father's origins are in Delhi and his old home is still there.. I only had a 5 minute interaction with this beautiful lady when I was working at Karachi airport in 1998. She was so humble and nice in contrast to what I have experienced with some Pakistani as well as Indian celebrities. Rest In Peace princess.
This interview by Tabassum with my favourite Nazia was too short. When I went to pay homage to Nazia's resting place in North London in 2019 and saw her burial place, tears rolled from my eyes. I can still remember the day when she died in London in a hospice in 2000 and I was running my shop in Wandsworth, South west London . I couldn't control my grief and sadness and just shut the shop and went home

It is such pity on me today when i am 36 i got to know who she was. I listened her voice two months back and was not knowing that she is no more. I got to know then that these songs which made our hindi bollywood actors big star that time like zeenat aman, firoz khan and many others -the original voice and songs were first sung by her. Now, when i started loving her voice and personality and that innocence on face i thought i should google more about her. I knew it that by now she must be in 50s but still was eager to know what is she doing now and who is she ,actually and i was cursing myself that in which world i am living that i had not even knowing her before 2 months. And when i came to know about her early demise just at an age of 35 , my heart has sunk million times from that moment and i wish i could have not known her from youtube ever. Great singer had become immortal and going to give us pain for further so many years. i will take some time now to overcome this tragic fact that she is just no more. it made me remember of super star divya bharti who died just at the age of 20 .She was so talented actress and became country's superstar in 90s era. Nazia was like a breath of fresh air in the early 80s when her voice captured all the young hearts. Her style of singing influenced later singers like Sharon Prabhakar and Alisha Chinai. Her voice was perfect for Disco songs.

It is such pity on me today when i am 36 i got to know who she was. I listened her voice two months back and was not knowing that she is no more. I got to know then that these songs which made our hindi bollywood actors big star that time like zeenat aman, firoz khan and many others -the original voice and songs were first sung by her. Now, when i started loving her voice and personality and that innocence on face i thought i should google more about her. I knew it that by now she must be in 50s but still was eager to know what is she doing now and who is she ,actually and i was cursing myself that in which world i am living that i had not even knowing her before 2 months.
And when i came to know about her early demise just at an age of 35 , my heart has sunk million times from that moment and i wish i could have not known her from youtube ever. Great singer had become immortal and going to give us pain for further so many years. i will take some time now to overcome this tragic fact that she is just no more. it made me remember of super star divya bharti who died just at the age of 20 .She was so talented actress and became country's superstar in 90s era. Alas, people when they are given so much fame, love and talent by god, they are called by him so early.

Nazia was like a breath of fresh air in the early 80s when her voice captured all the young hearts. Her style of singing influenced later singers like Sharon Prabhakar and Alisha Chinai.
