No matter what ones opinion is about Nilesh Oak, one thing we must acknowledge is his vast study and dedication. One can always agree to disagree.
Nilesh's research and works r fantastic. Academia finds it difficult to grasp due to the limited understanding and perception of different methods to uncover the past. Archeology has limitations to discover the past , astronomy doesn't have the limitation if one understands astronomy accurately and has ability to co relate the astronomical observations in the sky with what is written in the scriptures.
With that being said , I think Mr. Oak's datings for Ramayana and Mahabharata are wrong because it is very difficult to place them due to different limiting factors. Traditional calendars in India have dated Mahabharata war to have taken place 5000 years ago and Ramayan's datings are even more difficult to find.
nilesh claim on ramayan 14000years is disinfo...it is million+ years old
Shastra basically means ancient books 😊 in simpler worlds. Vimana are kind of planes mentioned in ancient scriptures. There is actually a ancient book which mentioned about various planes that book is called Vaimaniki sashtra.
Shastras are our basically ancient Scriptures, where so many researches had done and was noted down

Shaaastra are records, or books, of knowledge, another word shastra, with a single a, is weapon, its a Sanskrit word, Vimanas are ancient flying objects used to travel between places like planets, with light speed, with only the thoughts to get to the planet, had anti gravity properties, if anyone has trouble in believing etc, they can twitch their cheeks, let them be blind people.
Shāstra(ā = pronounced as aaa) meaning is manual or theory of something.
For example- There is a word "Artha-shāstra" meaning "theory of economics". Or "Economics manual"
Do not take theory in the sense of practical and theory. Formal naming style of the subject.
Shastra is weapon, Shaastra is Science or books, Vimana is aircraft so VimanaShaastra is book/science of aircraft building.
Currently scientists are working on this book and have found that Mercury is the fuel that was used in those aircraft by generating magnetic elevations.

Somebody reading Ramayan once or twice (they know nothing about Astronomy nothing about celestial body movements and also nothing about constellations).
Then they read about 4 tusk elephants, they immediately think Ramayan happened 9 million years ago
Before him (Nilesh Oak) nobody has ever spent time using the astronomy data and decoding it.
When people think of history they think about archeologist and only the archeology on the ground (like show me evidence about ruins, or show some pot, wood carving, metal carvings, or weapons and such)
Now how are you going to find out about those things in a continuously suviving civilizations like ours.
Now we have evidence of Krishna's Dwarka which got submerged thousands of years ago under the sea near the current city of Dwarka.......... since no one is building houses on top of it under the sea, it survived ...... lol.
Now he (nilesh ji) has come up with a theory with evidence to show, if someone thinks what he said is false and wants to refute it they can learn Sanskrit as well as Astronomy and propose another theory, its their problem
We had and still have a lot of leftist communist historians (mentally colonised people) in the academics, who write books that are taught in schools, and for the last 75-77 years of Independence all we read in history books is the glorifying of Invaders.
A simple question for these commu.. leftist historians (How come those glorious invaders were so great and ruled all of India for 800 years and killed approx. 90 million people and we still survived.) Today we know those historians had a clear political agenda when these people are confronted and asked questions and they cannot answer. And we also know who made them do it.
De-colonisation is a long process so things will take time.

These things are very difficult to understand without pen paper documents & historical maps & evidence in hand..
There is one shastra calle vimana shastra ( aeroplane shastra ) which gives some aerodynamical models of some flying objects
Shastra is a word of Sanskrit origin it means book/manual for rules
These are books that are meant to enrich one's knowledge to make him/her in social context so it is very important for administration

yeah - our names maybe some have meanings but if you would try to trace back the name Susanne or equivalent is from Hebrew means lilly. Some very traditional name (that noone uses anymore - have some meaning but it's just not a thing here)

as my father said, the day u believe, i used to go 8KM per day via jungle to school and come, with just 30paise in hand, tummy full to enjoy d evening cricket & study in can lamps lighted with Mobil ( a kind of burnt lubs in engine), u can believe it, So, i believe both happened, the depiction is NOT possible in this age but the Analysis can be done and learned.

if in an ancient book something is written and if you assume that it's a work of friction. Than you have to appreciate how good writer are they.
But in decade time you start finding simple stuff like places, location, mountain, people, animal etc still you ask yourself how good well recharged writer was those people writing friction.
Than suddenly PPL like nilesh oak and many many other PPL explaining about things which qns were they friction writers from different angles we still doubt a little.
This is what I feel about this Pseudoscience like
Sanskrit grammar Panini
Astronomy and our ancient Calendar still we use for various rituals in different important precious Eclipses etc
About ancient monuments and different scientific vastu shastra
About different ancient agriculture which few decades ago were termed as backwards now been repackaged and called modern eco-friendly ways
About different ancient medicine and procedures which were discarded were now termed as modern exercises
About many more different ancient ways
Vimana is just top of the Temple it's an architectural design not a real Aeroplane 😂😂😂
But if he knows chariot didn't existed in India before 2,000 BCE then why is he claiming Ramayana to be 12,200 BCE and in Ramayana it is written everyone was using Chariots it's just utter bullshit he is making.

Nilesh Oak didn't know that most of the maternal history is decoded in genetic studies using mitochondrial DNA (which he cannot pronounce correctly) and not using X chromosomes which are rarely used to study maternal history
I read somewhere that mitochondria was earlier a seperate organism, then it had a symbiotic relationship with all of us
