I can tell y'all work hard and it's such a letdown to be disappointed on vacation!! Kudos to both of you for having such great attitudes!! I watched it all before I committed. I really felt bad for the not so good experience you were having in this part 1. But in the end, when you both were relaxing in sitting around and laughing and enjoying being together. Was great. You made the best of day 1. 😊
Embarkation day can be chaotic but for first time cruisers, you did great. The pizza, shrimp and sushi looks like winner food items from the Lido deck but overall, the buffet looks like a miss not a hit. Except for breakfast, I usually avoid the buffet. Cool how the ship has a retractable roof. The Indian option in the dining room looked good and so did the steak and the shrimp. Nice entertainment. Glad you had a good first day.

This is super helpful considering we are thinking about going on a cruise for the first time and considering carnival. The embarkment, disembarkment, security and pass ports make me nervous.
Those parts were actually pretty smooth for us. We bought the fast to the fun pass, which was totally worth it. You get to bypass the lines during embarkations and debark, made thing less stressful. Thanks for watching, Christine!

Wow it seemed smoother for you two. It seemed to take forever for us to board our ship. Plus no air condition, the way to board the ship was super hot and open and lots of twist and turns and lots of hills
Oh my lanta no you did not spit that out into your roll. I busted up laughing. Mom said before you spit it out, she said she is looking to where she can spit it out at. That was super funny. Yep the food not super great on the ship.
We bought the faster to the fun pass, which was totally worth it. You get to skip the line for embarkation and debarkation, which made it much smoother. I've always wondered what a cruise would be like, thanks for letting us see your experience! Most of the cruises I've seen on UA-cam are those highfalutin ones that look absolutely perfect, so this puts it in perspective.

there's nothing more I would like to take a cruise wait in lines and have the food taste like crap and spend big money not for me

Not all are the same this one in particular is a budget cruise carnival has more upscale ones as well then you have royal Caribbean which I love
