I LOVE it as well. Polin story and performances of Nicola and Luke are superb. There are flaws in season like Mondrich side plot and shallow story of Benedict (he deserved better side story line and better preparation for his season) but rest of story - amazing: love story of Polin and their intellectual and emotional growth through their love-their multi sides transformation , Pen's obivously but Colin's as well; friendship between women; mothers and daughters story. I just regret that we didn't have more screen time with Pen and Colin.
@@albabala9220 I felt that way as well about Polin screen time. Only noticed it when I watched it a second time (after filming this). I wish they gave them more scenes because we deserved to see Colin be more head over heels for Pen. Yes Benedict deserved a better plot for his season, we loved his artsy side in Seasons 1 and 2. Not sure how that was skipped this season? Oh I broke down the Mondrich story few days ago on tiktok - Memkoh. If you watch it, it totally makes sense they explored that story line. But I understand how it feels like there were too many subplots taking away from Polin.
So happy to hear someone else who loved Colin and Penelope's love story! While I do feel like the overall writing, direction, and editing could have been better. I think the actors really locked down amazing performances that transcends the parts I didn't like. Thank you for sharing your thoughts!❤❤

I got the book btw and it’s so exciting filling in the blanks. You should try it if you haven’t already. I think it’s a great summer read. And I’m obsessed with their love story. Had to go back and catch them in other seasons to really see the friendship/love brewing. It’s beautiful!🥰
@@Memkoh I have definitely read the books and have really enjoyed them. I love how many quotes and moments from the book they put into the seasom 3 (The first kiss especially 🥰). Those were big wins for sure! 😊
I'm glad to hear somebody else is feeling some of the hard parts of withdrawal from how much new Bridgerton content one can access. You could really see the drop off of everyone who seems to be able to get over it, but you are lagging behind 😂❤
@@beatyz2 😂😂 I will never get over it. Trying to catch any details I missed the first time and I started from Season 1 to view it as a complete show. You’re right about the drop off! We all struggled to hold on and some people were able to continue with their lives. Now they’ve dropped Season 4 announcement so I fear we are back here 🤣 I honestly want the fan love to continue, it is such a good show.
28:20 I agree with you but I have to disagree about the pen knowing about the marriage act part. Pen was shocked there was more when it came down to it. And the "insert himself where" part wasn't known to pen either. But unlike the featherington husbands colin knew. Unfortunately cause colin went to the professionals while the featherington men were innocent boys. And colin went to a farm so he investigated long ago how you efficiently tend to a garden. 😂 That was the difference, not pen reading. The only thing pen's reading influenced was her being all for whatever it was he was gonna do.

The Featherington men are so cute, aren’t they! Our cheese loving sneezing boy!😂 Then there’s Colin, who definitely was a pro!! I’m glad he treated our girl Pen right. All the consent and their nods (even at the altar) got me too😤
@Memkoh Yeah the Featherington men are kinda cute. They may not know what they are doing (yet) but they only have eyes for their wives. To be honest I prefer that over Anthony or something. And they wouldn't dare get out of line with portia around. Colin on the other hand will not be cowarding to portia (to pen is another matter thou). And sure he slept around but ever since he really saw pen he couldn't even watch another woman.
