Using your age as an excuse for screwing up is no excuse at all. Pure common sense dictates that a staff of 11 wouldn't be able to supply the food that was needed. You were given a job to do and claimed you should have asked for more help? You're directly responsible for people starving and meals never delivered. No excuses. This is all on you and you have to be held responsible for it all.
Why does she still have her job? Where was the oversight and accountability??
