YES!!! Seen him a few times now 😅 oh gosh there is so much… dear, turkey, foxes, cicadas. The list goes on. Cost of living is quite the change. Anything from the gas to price per acre, imma fan 😍

Thousands of Californian's are leaving & buying up land from Idaho to Florida, & everywhere in between. They've had enough of Commifornia. 👍
They’re doing it because of the taxes Tennessee is one of a handful of states with no personal income tax. Retirement savings and Social Security are also not taxed at the state level.
@@NA-NB-Miata it stinks that as a state we have a few nice things and it draws in all these outsiders that ruin our way of life .

Love your new beginnings and envy you and your youth. California is a beautiful place... I once wanted to live between LA and San Fran, but that was 40 years ago. Today, I would find it hard to live there or feel free as it is the reverse of what it once was. I am from Missouri but moved to Tennessee, then I moved from TN to SC and back to TN as I love the low cost of living and the people. I have camped in every state and visited several foreign countries. If not for my wife, I would live in a motor home and follow the seasons and grow my UA-cam channel, but I am stuck here in my old age, and am Ok with that.
Hey Jana my name is Dan I live in East Tennessee over by Greenville if you want to kind of ward off snakes from your around your living area pick a tree liner fence line and go around and drop Believe It or Not mothballs mothballs for some reason deter snakes from coming past a certain area now I'm not sure if it's true or not but we use mothballs around our house and I live on a hill of woods so I got about 2 Acres of woods and I've been there almost 21 years I saw two snakes you know and my wife she'll go up every spring or sometime during the spring or summer and she'll put mothballs all around the tree line around the house so that might be something you can try for your snakes hope this works for you and I'm glad you're a Tennessean
