Roccia is not a must pull, but damn she does everything. Damager, buffer, grouper. Roccia having higher field time than sanhua is not a con, because almost every single character in the game not called sanhua have quite long on-field time. Saying Roccia having 4 seconds longer field time than sanhua and saying it is bad makes no sense considering sanhua deals negligible damage while Roccia has pretty high damage for a "buffer".

Those skipping her are probably F2P myself included. But no doubt, Roccia is fun to use. The good thing about WuWa is that there's no must pull. If you enjoy the character, feel free to get them since their value is not droping that much after some time.

Damage wise she is superior. Buffing she is comparable to Sanhua Concerto generation? She loses to Sanhua by a faaaaaaar margin. Sanhua is basically an echo at this point, set and forget kind of playstyle

I got S1 jinshi pulled a random 10 pull, had her s0r1 but as a f2p getting S1 is damn huge boost she hitting 540k+ in mid tower lol tho obviously mid tower favours her right now. Still 100k+ boost from s0. I also got carlotta s0r1 tho that cost me 130pulls. Now am empty with 8 pity on limited banner.
She's cute and very fun to play, but still a definite skip for me. While her personal damage is a nice buff for a Havoc team, at least 5 times that of Sanhua, and her grouping ability is great QoL, I just don't feel like it's worth pulling for a whole S0R1 5 Star for not-so-big a boost over Sanhua. With Roccia, S0R1 Camellya deals only a bit under 10% more damage than with S6 Sanhua, which is a minor boost taking into account one is a 4 Star whom you get a copy of for free, and the other a limited 5 Star. On top of that, you really want her signature weapon if you want to deal good damage, since her kit is designed to *not* work with any other available weapon, so even JohnLee Yao's is merely a statstick. Similarly, her weapon is only useable on her, and a "just okay" statstick on others. Her buffing only becomes meaningful once you hit S2, then you could put her on even a Stonard for the Crit Rate, and have about 15%, if I remember correctly, more damage than with Sanhua. So when pulling for Roccia, you want either S2R0 or S0R1 depending on if you want her buffing, or personal damage, to be worthy of a 5 Star. I was strongly considering her myself up until a week ago, but I did some calculations and educated guesses and decided she's just not worth pulling, since my S2R1 Camy just wouldn't benefit as much, because my Sanhua is already S6. All Roccia would give me is about 5-6% more damage to Camellya, and a couple % more total DPS from her own damage. So I just spent the Asterites I was keeping to get Carlotta S1, picked up another copy from the Coral shop, and now I have Carlotta at S2R1. Best decision I made in this game since pulling for dupes on Camellya. Now I have *two* characters who deal close to a million damage in a single rota.
She is designed well, fun to use. But not a must pull. So sad that in her story quest, I got to know more about the NPCs than her own backstory. Idk, she's the only supportive/SubDPS character I've ever skipped. Just went with S3 Jinhsi instead.

Rocchia Sequence node 2 is just the best S2 havoc buffer in the game. 40% havoc bonus is no joke. She is by far the best havoc sub DPS in the game. She can support any havoc dmge dealer in the game. Crazy.

S2 shorekeeper would be a much better investment since she work on all character and atk% worth about the same as damage bonus in this game (with SIG, limited Chara want either one or two attack 3 cost than double damage bonus) And of course, C1/c2 on your DPS generally do better damage than your sub DPS

The fact that she is basically only a 1% increase in effectiveness over Sanhua is pretty damning. She is going to be the most skipped unit in a while.
