I keep my betta in a planted 3 gallon cube and he’s been thriving for 2 years. His fins stay perfect, he’s always active, and he will destroy any snail or shrimp I try to add to help clean up algae lol. So yes I agree a 3 gallon is definitely doable for a betta.

At least you didn't say it's "happy", what a joke. The best fish for cleaning algae is the mirror fish.
I.e. look in the mirror. Clean your tank 😉

yo my triops hatched i got 8 then some died since the water was cloudy didnt look clean they looked unhappy now i only have three so i switched there tank they look so much better and swimming more

Hermit crabs live in saltwater and some of them live on land if your tank is a freshwater tank you can get freshwater crabs but please do research on the species you are getting ı have a freshwater crab and its living normally with clams
