So glad to see this style of video back. I did like the whole Tour de Baron series, but for some reason it is so relaxing to listen to ramble on and complain.
Congratulations on the interviews! You deserve the recognition for putting out consistent, quality content. I don't ride a bike but after watching all your videos I've just booked my CBT! I look forward to more awesome videos and thank you!
Fantastic vlog, per-usual. Although, I still have to get up to speed on the Euro-series! Your lane splitting is crazy. Here in CA the roads are so wide that it's child's play compared to your English roads and impossibly-tight filtering, even with D-plated douches driving like ass. Too bad about the S1000RR, but I totally understand wanting to focus on fewer bikes. I had two Gixxers and they were really comfortable, though I found the fueling to be rather abrupt (off-idle) and the American supporting forum was not a fun place to be. It's also awesome how much press you're getting, and well-deserved, and I understand how you want to keep it real. I feel the same. Even with affiliations that are coming-in, I definitely want to be able to keep it real and 'say it like it is', which is something I thoroughly-enjoy, along with the controversial topic or three. Love the vlog. Still want to do a sticker-trade if you're keen or I'll relent and simply buy one. That intro music is fab too. :D Cheers!
Well put SpaceP0d. The moment that you start making commitments and deals you lose some of your flexibility in terms of content and appearances. When you start representing people other than yourself, their reputation has to be taken into consideration. Gone are the days when celebrities can say and act anyway they want because some of them have become the face of companies. The S1000's departure is saddening, but you have to do what you have to do. I also have to echo the crazy lane filtering. When I see the mirrors get folded in I cringe. The camera lens/angel makes spaces look smaller than they are BUT it is still a super tight fit. ...yes that's what she said.
Ps: not surprise with your success. You Mr.Baron are an incredible, amazing, talented rider. If that was not enough, you are so smart, very well educated & you just have the natural ability to just talk to us, explain so well, you have so much knowledge, & to top you're hilarious. You don't give yourself credit enough... When I watch your videos & you all I see is dollars sign $$$$$$
Shame to see the S1000 go mate, twas the sensible thing to do :) I do get the feeling further down the line you'll surprise us with something nuts as a replacement though ;)
I like that you said you wouldn't sell out, but as for "changing the game a little bit", I say don't. Don't change, because the attention you're starting to get is based on your previous videos and personal style. Those people are interested in your videos already, don't become what you think they want, because you're already there. Or you'll ruin it just like Epic Meal Time did :\
Who needs all those bikes anyway, you can only ride one at a time and its less of a headache making up your mind which bike to ride each day, good for you for getting rid of one. Good to see you making more vid's again.
I raced bikes but unfortunately I had to retire after being involved in a career ending accident, I came across your UA-cam channel and I'm really enjoying them, stay safe, Jamie.
i've been watching your videos 'quietly' for quite some time now just would like to let you know im here if you read this love your video logs, they're great cheers!
Nice work Baron. Good call on the s1000 - a lot of money to spend on something you virtually didn't make use of. I think, since we watched the Euro trip, no-one would ever want you to get rid of the GSXR. Ride safe matey.
Sad to see the Bimmer go, but glad to see you're making new vlogs! I agree, you can't leave a bike like the S1000RR on the street... It's just not worth the risk.
This is one of my favorite channels, I always look forward to the next video and I don't even own or know how to ride a motorcycle. I think I love just seeing european streets with good commentary; and also how well you edit everything, how long does a normal video take to edit and what program do you use to edit? Also, that interviews was fucking ridiculous! People actually threatened to run you over!!??
Hey man, as much as I hate to see the S1000rr go, I respect your desition. That was the most beautiful bike I have ever seen. And the 2012 BMW S1000rr is now much favorite bike. Thanks for sharing
Stopped your vlog just to watch your interview that's freaking awesome man you now have the power to enlarge the motovlogging community lots of pressure. I might suggest you take your new found fame and maybe do a top gear but for motorcycles? It would be awesome I would love to watch someone like you do something like that! Also it is indeed acceptable for a man to shave his junk especially if you work outside in the hot. Also NO!!! NOT THE S2K it was so beautiful -.- ...... You should get yourself a Daytona or a Speed triple to replace it! It's a three cylinder amazingness and you can be all patriotic and what not.
hey man, good to see you back, we've all be lurching around your channel in anticipation of your next video and here it is. Ye, don't sell out to the VC's Von, as an international fashion photographer it too fkn easy to get caught in the trap of commercial identity and being involved advertising crap that really probably isn't selling in the first place because it's crap anyway. You'll end up like a fkn ARidersLife stroking HedgeHogs in the outbacks and advertising Alpine Star Jackets with broken zips going no where! SP sounds like an awesome move. PS I played Battlefield 4 recently and I found some twat called VonGrumble in the game pmsl!
Holy Shit!! I walked past your bike at the beginning of the vid and thought it might of been yours! I work like 5 minutes away from where you started (right by Oxford Street correct?) Crazy....
Glad to hear the weather is looking up. I'm popping in for a very short trip to London from South Africa next week. Any bike related goodies close to City Road worth visiting?
I had a feeling you'd be getting rid of the S1000. And in regards to man pube shavage, I think it's fine to keep it maintained but I draw the line at styling it.
Hello @BaronVonGrumble, good to see you & hope all is well. Glad that things are looking brighter, & I believe with passion that things happens for a reason & when luck comes your way you should grab it with both hands. This is all luck in your life. I respect you so much for being a honest, hard working man, but sometimes it's ok to not be 100% honest & you need to learn how to play the game. It's ok to be a little selfish, it's ok to make extra money other ways. Ride safe buddy ;)
a note on diplomatic plates (as this came up on my recent exams) the occupants of the car with (D) plates can be pulled over and arrested if it is *Proven* they are breaking the laws of the country and a warrant is signed off by a special judge. All and any Diplomatic immunity becomes void once they have left a radius greater than 50 miles from their embassy, they are subject to no special privileges then. Thats why you are unlikely to see them out side of London. ManScaping - do it, it looks and feels nicer and i find the Ladies appreciate it more.
Fast Bikes is my favorite motorcycle magazine. They used to have bad ass videos in the middle to late 90s and the millennium. Congrats, will be looking forward to the issue the next time I take a dump.
Fun fact: Joss Ackland who said "diplomatic immunity" as the baddie in Lethal Weapon 2 lives locally to me and I serve him at my work quite often. It's sad to see him as somewhat a shadow of his former imposing self, but he still has that great voice. :)
With regards to Bike World, interviewing you just makes sense for them, if they have the chance. Their YT channel only has 6k subs, you have 64k+; you could drive a ton of traffic to their channel.
Embrace your stardom! it is well deserved. I loved the S1000RR but I understand why you sold it.. between the GSXR and the Fireblade you have it all covered. Everytime I watch you I am so jealous of your filtering.. wish it was legal here.
Sorry to hear about your getting rid of the S1k eventually. I keep watching your videos where you ride it. Anyway, on the topic of the risk of it getting stolen if you kept it outside (and provided you'd otherwise have considered keeping it), could you not have put some disc lock with an alarm or something like that? Anyway, keep those vids coming, and cheers. :)
if you want another new bike, try a motard, or have you tried a motard? Nuda900R? sad to hear that the s1000r is gone, but glad to hear that you are back :)
That's a very good point: I've also found people will be interested when you review things you've purchased for yourself with your own money. but if you are given something on the condition that you will say nice things about it, it kills credibility almost completely...but only if you do it wrong. You have to be able to be convincing to an audience.
Is it normal to see that many high end cars around the UK? I see Baron pass Bentley's and Ferrari's in his videos all the time and he hardly even seems to notice. Is that common to see? Its not really like that in the states.
brandon switzer Certain places are,but like many major cities they have their rough areas. Brixton for example. A mate took me there for a night out when visiting him....never again!!!
mozer30 I just looked up some pictures of Brixton because i was curious...your right, it looks very rough! The first image that came up was what looked like a riot
The Crow! Great film. Brandon Lee. Awesome. Trimming your pubic hair? It's known to have happened and in my opinion ok to do as long as it's not a Brazilian. :-) goodbye S10000, shame but we arnt attached to it unlike the GSX-R. Love the vid Barron.
Bummer to see the BMW go, but it was for the best I guess. Two questions for ya Mr. Baron, How do you power your mobile devices while on the road and What tires do you use when you go on your long trips such as the recent Euro trip? Thanks and keep up the great work man. JB from USA
Cool, and i agree you should stay normal baron, but things like magazines like bike world and things like that is just so cool. The intervju was epic, cool, congratulations to that. Keep it original you are awesome
Your a legend Barron. Don't sell out and do some shit on tv. Although more people in the biking world should know about you. Can't believe the s1000 has gone. Vlog him
I love how the Baron just casually talks about different topics while filtering like a boss *cue an image of Rick Ross*. Don't know who's better at filtering, though, between him and RJ.
thanks for the update. It's awesome to hear about someone's success, especially if they 100% deserve it. Gonna read the article now
Thanks so much for taking the time to make the videos. Was fun and entertaining to watch!

Cracking vid yet again Baron. Watched your interview on Bike World - you are 'The Stig' of the biking world.
Fantastic vlog, per-usual. Although, I still have to get up to speed on the Euro-series!

Thanks! And **Snork**; the 'That's what she said' jokes still get me.
Good to have another video from you, I have been checking every night for the past how many weeks for new BvG!
Ps: not surprise with your success. You Mr.Baron are an incredible, amazing, talented rider. Just found your channel. Getting a 100cc bike soon and tbh this is the best and most funny bike channel ever keep it up mate.
RIP S1000RR :'( Do what you need to do BVG.. I'm sure you can still be a commercial success without selling out :)
Great to have you back Baron. I read the fast bikes interview, they certainly rate you.
GOOD TO SEE YOU BACK! I MISSED YOUUU!!! :D
Baron U're back! Awesome! Cheers from Italy!
Glad you're back recording Sir!
Shame to see the S1000 go mate, twas the sensible thing to do :) I do get the feeling further down the line you'll surprise us with something nuts as a replacement though ;)
5 years later he's on a hp race, you weren't wrong

Good to see you back Baron, still making me laugh. Don't sell out man and keep up the good work 😀

YAY! Baron is back...and he's recognised now...Baron Von Superstar! You deserve all the credit you get mate, your videos are sensational. :D
its sad to see the s1000 go, but I totally understand why it had to go. it was seriously one of the hottest s1000 ive ever seen
The world could use a motorcycle Top Gear lead by The Barron
That would be fucking awesome :)
i've been watching your videos 'quietly' for quite some time now
just would like to let you know im here if you read this
love your video logs, they're great

Hey man, as much as I hate to see the S1000rr go, I respect your desition. That was the most beautiful bike I have ever seen. And the 2012 BMW S1000rr is now much favorite bike. Thanks for sharing
Haha, loved the musical beat of the horn and engine
Trimming the hedges makes the tree look bigger... If you know what I mean.
Good video!
now... back to shaving my balls.
I understand about a bike just too much hassle to keep. Gixxer is a keeper. Nice to have you back. 😎
good to see you back,,,
i enjoy watching your vids every time, cheers

Class. Will have to check out that edition of Fast Bikes. Yeah baby!
I am off too Almeria in a couple of weeks, not been since 2008 so I am looking forward to it and maybe some sunshine on my back.
NEW BLOODY EPISODE!
Glad to hear the weather is looking up. I'm popping in for a very short trip to London from South Africa next week.
Any bike related goodies close to City Road worth visiting?
Loving the 'Fibre Blade, Baron!
We missed you!
It'd be only polite to shave your patch - Even better to sculpt it into a welcome mat :) Love the vid's BVG
Sorry to hear about your gsxr getting stolen, hope its recovered fast without damage!
Enjoyed this motovlog. You're quite good at it. And bikes are meant to be ridden..for sure! Take care.
I had a feeling you'd be getting rid of the S1000. And in regards to man pube shavage, I think it's fine to keep it maintained but I draw the line at styling it.
well Baron i'm here to congratulate you on winning the 1290 KTM competition! congrats!!! now for the videos!! :D
good to see you back baron :)
Made me feel good again :-)

Finally drove through London last week and kept going 'Baron drives down here'.

Fast Bikes is my favorite motorcycle magazine. They used to have bad ass videos in the middle to late 90s and the millennium. Congrats, will be looking forward to the issue the next time I take a dump.
Last month being interviewed in bike mags, next month Bond. Baron von Bond.
Yesss Baron is back
Caught a horrible cold from a colleague at work on Thursday came into full effect yesterday, I had lasted all winter without one!
Fun fact: Joss Ackland who said "diplomatic immunity" as the baddie in Lethal Weapon 2 lives locally to me and I serve him at my work quite often. It's sad to see him as somewhat a shadow of his former imposing self, but he still has that great voice. :)
nice! been looking forward to another vid
With regards to Bike World, interviewing you just makes sense for them, if they have the chance. Their YT channel only has 6k subs, you have 64k+; you could drive a ton of traffic to their channel.
welcome back Mr G ;)
Top vid baron! I feel the same about my zx6r.. Too much money spent to sell, I've got a mega Trackday bike tho!
Embrace your stardom! it is well deserved. I loved the S1000RR but I understand why you sold it.. between the GSXR and the Fireblade you have it all covered. Everytime I watch you I am so jealous of your filtering.. wish it was legal here.

The wettest winter we've had since records began, I heard!
Great vid mate and good see ye back :)
Is that Charley Speed at the end of the video?
and here we go...!!
Great vid clearly the easiest way to get through London is on a bike!
if you want another new bike, try a motard, or have you tried a motard? Nuda900R? sad to hear that the s1000r is gone, but glad to hear that you are back :)

I "sculpt" mine. Plus, trimming the bushes does make your deck look bigger.
Baron Von U-Turn makes a return at the end too.
Is it normal to see that many high end cars around the UK? I see Baron pass Bentley's and Ferrari's in his videos all the time and he hardly even seems to notice. Is that common to see? Its not really like that in the states.
is normal in London
Without the sunshine
Sean Fitzpatrick Oh okay I see. I didn't realize London was so uppity haha
brandon switzer Certain places are,but like many major cities they have their rough areas. Brixton for example. A mate took me there for a night out when visiting him....never again!!!
mozer30 I just looked up some pictures of Brixton because i was curious...your right, it looks very rough! The first image that came up was what looked like a riot
Top gear does honest reviews nonstop =] GO FOR IT! I would love to get paid to ride.
The Crow! Great film. Brandon Lee. Awesome. Trimming your pubic hair? It's known to have happened and in my opinion ok to do as long as it's not a Brazilian. :-) goodbye S10000, shame but we arnt attached to it unlike the GSX-R. Love the vid Barron.
My Daytona wears her Fast Bikes reservoir cover with pride!
Sorry you sold your beautiful S1000RR but like you said there will always be other bikes to enjoy. I really enjoyed your road trip series. Ride safe.
well done baron on the interview must be very chuffed
Great as always. Is any of this to do with the dream scenario you mentioned once? I don't think you ever said anything about that again?
yeh, cant remember what i said now?
Errr... I think you just said something amazing had happened and you'd go into it at a later date. Unless I'm imagining it :o
Im not familiar with GSXR's only CBR's so whats the lights flashing on the dash on this bike?
Bummer to see the BMW go, but it was for the best I guess.
Two questions for ya Mr. Baron, How do you power your mobile devices while on the road and What tires do you use when you go on your long trips such as the recent Euro trip?
Thanks and keep up the great work man.
JB from USA
i have a lighter socket and USB dongle thing. Also have some Drift Power packs which are great for backup. last ages.
Awesome, thanks for the reply! So you keep a few portable battery pack to charge your phone?
Finally another video ! :)
Barron. What's the orange flashing light on your dash ??
low fuel.. i like to live on the edge ;)
Cool, and i agree you should stay normal baron, but things like magazines like bike world and things like that is just so cool.
The intervju was epic, cool, congratulations to that.
Keep it original you are awesome
Like The Crow. Love that bit.
good to see you back, i have been waiting to long, do not do this again.
Hey mate, which year gsxr are you sporting? I have the same set of super sport commuting debacles ;)
Your a legend Barron. Don't sell out and do some shit on tv. Although more people in the biking world should know about you. Can't believe the s1000 has gone. Vlog him
