No, that is the sound of air being sucked through the building. It must have been a bit of curtain being sucked through a cracked window and flapping around in that small gap or something, idk, but that's not to say a part of the building isn't coming apart though.

Hi, I live in Miami. Albeit its rare, we do get tornado warnings from time to time. Most of the time they arent very bad, but they’re tornadoes none the less.
The rain wrapping around the tornado makes it seem bigger, the NWS Confirmed its damage path to only being about 150 yards wide. To put in perspective, that is like the Pensacola Tornado from 2007, which also looked like it should've been bigger, however, it was a multi-vortex, so it skipped a lot of buildings and didn't do as much damage that it had potential to do. And that goes for a lot of Florida tornadoes, a few of them have tended to have violent motion but didn't get rated as high because the were fast moving, dancing tornadoes that skipped a lot of buildings.

This was a rain-wrapped tornado confirmed by the NWS as an EF-1. Last time I checked, microbursts don't have inflow.
