I actually had a hard time understanding and seeing the movements. I believe you should give more time for people to get used to new steps or rounds. I'm a beginner so I got complicated with the acronyms since I was used to others.
As somebody who got taught at the age of 7, I really recommend that you dont start in these types of works. Start with flat crochet works (Granny squares, headbands, bandanas, etc) to get used to stitch counting, grip, and learn more new stitches.

Great pattern, very cute and works up fast. Round 15 should read (9sc, BO, 5sc, BO, 8sc)-24 stitches.
