    This is amazing! You have a real strength in explaining the subtleties of Korean to English speakers!! 😃The video pauses after each sentence and the greying out of the person who isn't speaking is brilliant! (I wish there were more videos in this series.) Wonderful work! Thank you!

    한국인인데 외국인에게 어떻게 설명해야할지 모르겠는 문법들이 많은데 예씨나 설명이 너무 좋아서 잘듣고가요 ㅎㅎ 이렇게 친구들에게 알려줘야겠어요

    Hi minji , I always hear in dramas , using something like 거든 in the end of phrases , may you explain this please

    • @leyah18
      @leyah18 5 років тому +11

      Wahiba08 거든/거든요 is added at the end of a sentence meaning you are telling someone about something they didn't know yet and you want to tell them facts. For example, your friend is eating something, and left the table for a while, when she came back her food is gone so she asks you, did you eat my food? Then you will answer "아니거든" "no I didn't" and maybe another friend ate her food haha so you tell her you didn't ate her food firmly. Haha somewhat like that.
