Know what I did? Went to the Debug room as Blue, picked up Rouge, nothing broke. Beat Rouge, both characters had boosted JP.
Best glitch of my life. xD
Really, it was more amusing than it'll be useful. Maybe. :P

man... so this is a way to have the "perfect party"? Red fighting, Blue Magic, T260G guns, Riki Monsters and Asselus Mystic?
It depends on what each individual thinks a "perfect party" will be. But yes you can get every single character here. Except Alkarl since he's meant for use in battle only.
So, you can get rouge and still play as blue normally? And after beating rouge BOTH get all magic?
@26angelo26 Well, I played as Blue and beat Rouge, tho the Rouge in my party obtained any and all magicks Blue had obtained in his quest thusfar.
I dunno what'd happen if I lost to the Rouge in the Magisphere Arena... Wouldn't that be interesting? Or, would my party Rouge disappear? D:
Either way, the only issue I have is that whatever magic I don't have, Rouge and Blue have to earn by themselves. So, if one learns a new skill, the other doesn't. Shame, that woulda been badass. xD

Play as blue and alow rouge to beat you.
Then rouge will absorb blue and you can play the perfecr rouge.
@Patricia34276 Wait, after you beat Blue with rouge in your party...do you know if both of them had access to all magic? or only blue?? That'll be an interesting glitch to show :p
Both of them can't use some secret magic.
