I am terrified of driving to places I've never been & don't know the parking situation. Also I pretty much always lose my car in the parking lot. I can never remember where I parked so I literally count the rows and landmark it, like "the row parallel with the target circle" it's so silly

A blueish green would be so pretty with natural wood tones through the bathroom and gold accent knobs!
I can put the dirtiest, baked on, grimiest dishes in my dishwasher with no pre-rinse and they come out super clean every time. Honestly, I think it has to do with the brand of dishwasher you have. My dishwasher is 10 years old and will keep it until it kills over, lol. If you need to pre-rinse to get them clean, then just do it. No need to worry about what others say or do.
I did invisalign 12 years ago and my dentist told me to just save the last tray, just in case something happened to the current one. Maybe things have changed since then. It is important to make sure you wear your retainer every night after you are finished with the process. I just put mine in when I go to bed and take them out in the morning.

I fear open doors at night. Sometimes I ask my husband in the middle of the night to make sure all the doors are closed. I have no idea exactly why or what the fear is (other than an open door).
I am like that with closet doors. If they are open, and the room is dark it feels like something/someone is watching me

I pre-rinse before loading the dishwasher. I don't run it every day so I imagine it would smell bad and I'm not convinced the dishwasher could remove hardened chunks of food (gross).
It was so cute when Mark was still sitting in front of the bathroom cabinets but you already reached over to spray the inside.
It reminded me of me and my boyfriend while cooking because our kitchen is so tiny and we always reach over each others heads to get something.
Awww I love that. 😭💗 What’s funny is we have tons of space to move around and we are always like RIGHT next to each other. 🙈 We joke that our whole family could live in one of those tiny houses. I think the idea of those is actually really cool! 😍

Happened to my daughter, the woman in front of her didn’t have her car in the right gear, my daughters car kept running into her car. The manager started yelling at the woman, but she didn’t understand. Car wash should have an emergency shut off. They had to pay for the damage to my daughters car.

I am doing the exact same thing one room at a time and not just cleaning but also pulling everything out of the cabinets or closets and drawers. Donating what I don’t use or need and getting stuff in its place and finding a place for things that I’m keeping.

I’m only 12 minutes in and I had to comment about HelloFresh. We tried it last week )the pork chops were our favorite) however....there should be a skill level on those recipe cards. I’m definitely not a cook and every one of them reminded me of it by kicking my butt.

on their website, when choosing, they actually have easy, medium and difficult, so i’m surprised they don’t have that on the recipe cards. you can leave a suggestion. anything where i have to use my oven, i just won’t do.

I am right there with you on the decluttering and organization. I just took 2 trash bags of clothes and miscellaneous items to Goodwill yesterday. Plus I threw out 2-3 bags of junk. I have to do babysteps or I get too overwhelmed. In the spring I went through all of my summer clothes and decluttered anything that did not fit or I no longer wear. I just did my fall and winter clothes. I still have a lot to go through, but it feels so good to get something accomplished. Good luck!

♥️Ty Joanna! Almost 100k 👏👏👏. I used to be afraid of a self serve car wash. Over it now, but I was traumatized when it happened.
Sooo, when we lived in Chandler, AZ, I was going to be going to a women’s retreat the next day and since I was driving me and a few other ladies, I wanted to clean the car and took it to a car wash, but right in the middle of getting it washed, the power went out (monsoon season) and then a big dust storm blew through the car wash and covered my wet car completely with sand😳 which now I couldn’t see to leave. Took me a few years, but I can now wash my own car again😊
You are correct in that once you get started, it can make you feel so much better! I finally caught up on all of the laundry. It took 2 days but it is done and now I can enjoy my weekend with my kiddos! I also have a storage closet where I keep all cleaning, toiletry, and miscellaneous supplies. It is not that I am hoarding items but just like you when I make an order, I add toilet paper and paper towels to the order. Unfortunately, in NYC the numbers in COVID cases have risen significantly again and while we may not be "shut-down", I have noticed that there is a lack of food items and toiletry items in stores :-( Thank you for your motivation! xoxo

Hi Joanna. I was so excited to click on your video! You uploaded at the perfect time! I seriously needed some cleaning motivation to get my dishes done. Those telemarketers call me about my expired warranty at least three times a week and I just block the number. It’s slightly annoying. And I’m afraid of having a blow out on the freeway. I’ve had one before and it was so terrifying. My daughter was in the car with me she was 9 months old and I had to wait three hours for a tow truck on the side of the freeway...not ideal. I was a mess and crying. I loved hearing you and your husband banter about the microwave and not to tell us about the cheese. And you saying something about your hair. I laughed so hard! My husband was looking at me like I was crazy! Have a goodnight Thornton family.
Let me start off by saying thank you for making this video. I had a very dirty house very cluttered and my kitchen was a wreck. A friend came over and I was very embarrassed by the shape of my apartment. So I got dressed and I got to work.
