I was amazed when I couldn't really find any videos going over this topic. Guess people overlook them even though they are extremely important to the foundation of your footwork.
Glad to have you aboard. I've seen your videos floating around man. No idea where I'd be currently be If I started taking playing serious at your age. But make sure you always remember it's just a game though. I've seen so many kids who started taking playing seriously at a young age burnout by time they are 15-18. Love the early dedication you have to the sport but again remember to just enjoy yourself.
Gk goluremi! Can you guys pls make a detailed video about goalkeper ideal phisique(height, weight,BMI) and also a separate detailed video about extreme top 90 high dives... I hope u guys would take it into account...☺☺☺😊
Brilliant tutorial - thank you so much for creating & sharing! Have subscribed and am using a lot of your videos to share with the Boroughmuir Thistle gks I coach during this lock down period. Really impressed - excellent resource! :)
Love the work g , now im not a goalkeeping expert but i do have to question about the cross step . Cross stepping in my opinion has a likely hood of tripping or getting the legs tangled when trying to get set . The technique does seem useful for over head crosses from the side but i believe just side shuffling seems to be the most effective approach. My opinion, not fact 😅
For reference, I have very good vertical jumping ability, but I can’t get the same launch with a shuffle for high dives or full stretch mid dives as I can get from a cross over. The real difference I’ve seen is in partying strength; when shuffling the body is more square so my arms are stronger and catches are easier, with crossovers I’m just trying to reach and deflect
I didn’t think of how important these are, great video!

I thought the exact same as a goalkeeper

Cross over step longer distance to travel shuffle short distance.
Good
Bro I am a begginier I am 16age can you explain how to lose wait and how jump higher
When to do the crossover steps and when to do the side steps?
When there’s a cross that’s when you do a crossover and side steps when preparing for a shot from the striker, he basically goes over it
HI
Why is Remi wearing gloves? However awsm video
We shot some stereotypical IG goalkeeper videos with him diving around for upper 90 saves after this video haha
😂
All the best for the future!
Me a goalkepper
Any one?
Your videos are useful but to me you not the best keeper✋✋
