I appreciate your reviews so much bc whenever I’m considering a product and I say “I have dry skin” I have to reiterate and say “oh no no I have DRY skin” lol you might be the only one who understands what that means! 😂💗
this may just be me, or my monitor but I just wanted to say it was a bit easier to see everything with the lights turned down a bit. for a few videos the lights just been a bit too high to really see color and detail as well. again could just be me but I wanted to share in case its helpful!

In other news, I have been using the Prada foundation and it has become my new favorite foundation. I get so many compliments on my skin when I am wearing it. Thank you for evangelizing its greatness; money well spent.

Getting older is an adjustment. Oily combo has become dry combo, especially in winter, or with an east wind out of the Gorge. Warmish undertone fair skin well suited to reddish hair and my green hazel eyes, and now I am salty gray.😅😅😅 Grateful to learn dry skin care strategies here.
Saltair has a citrus body wash and accompanying oil called Exotic Pulp. It’s my favorite one. If you do one pump of the body wash mixed with the Naturium glow getter body wash you will have a heavenly luxurious shower experience.

Im a dry skin woman who needs the truth instead of wasting money.
My house burnt down a couple of years ago and we lost everything but our lives...injured yes but we were so lucky.
The reason why im saying this is because i can't afford to just spend money again on trend makeup when they dont have the same skin type as i do, so i really appreciate your input.
I managed to get a deal on a "high brand moisturiser" but i was lucky.....with make up im starting all over again and i trained in beauty so you can imagine how much i had before to what i have now unfortunately plus not working due to injuries, PTSD and looking after my 89 year old father who lives with me.
......I'm gutted about the makeup, but then again, somebody was watching over us to save our lives. Even having full thickness burns to jumping out a second story window, we are still here.

The Paula's Choice Azelaic Acid cream is the only thing that clears it up for me (a miracle, truly) but I live in paranoid dread that it will return again and again.

I know brands sometimes do deals with stores regarding product releases. The Tom Ford stick concealer was only available at Nordstrom for a few months to boost sales at Nordstrom. When the exclusive contract was up it was then available on the brand site and all other retailers.
I know you’ve reviewed it before, and you weren’t the biggest cheerleader for the Westman Atelier skin tint, but I went on like a 15 day hunt at looking at reviews and swatches and absolutely burning myself out on trying to find truly cool-toned pink (not peach) desaturated base products for me bc I was tired of looking so mismatched bc everything just looks so extremely yellow against my skin tone, and I finally bit the bullet and got the Westman Atelier, and shade match was lovely, and of course it’s an oil and has no technical dry down on its own, but I found that as dry as I am… A bit of the Prism Libre pink powder in “weak” spots (eyes, chin, nose, jaw) set the problem with it being a true pigmented oil wonderfully. Also, I found (thanks to La Mer tinted SPF) I, too, cannot do octinoxate in any concentration (so there goes £80 bc my dumbass is in the UK when I decided to go on this mission, and their return policies are severe). I think our skin types are definitely mirrored, and that’s why I’ve found your recommendations always spot on for me, save for a wee smol few instances.

Kacckiieee, I have been WAITING for someone to say that you can use blushes and bronzers as eyeshadows. I absolutely love your videos and would love to see how you layer your skincare products? I’m using spf and then putting the Danessa Myricks balm on top and I do not know if that is the Kackie way.

In regards to the tower 28 concealer; I love it. And, I bought it online without being shade matched. I’m 52 y/o and it doesn’t crease nor is it drying. I believe it’s self setting and
I rarely use powder to set it. It’s the best concealer I’ve used in a long long time.
I like using the rephr 36 brush for applying the baume essentiel because I hate applying stuff with my fingers.
I can maintain my silence no longer. Go see a dermatologist! Or even a PCP that will listen to you. There are other treatments besides antibiotics. Hopefully I don’t get lambasted 😂 or if I do…. F it.

Mine started because of MRSA and all the antibiotics I was on messed with my gut.
You have to simplify skin care to nothing basically, sulphur soap and gel moisturizer. But unfortunately I had to take the antibiotics after 7 months of it

I've been a beauty blender user for years and never found anything comparable but i purchased that rephr one last fall and was pleasantly happy with it, i mean i might like it more than BB...it also cleans super well.
After the LE tint i don't think id need to try another right now but id def be into the blush and bronzer, it looks like its only sold on Saks right now though. Bronzer is kinda subtle might be more inclined to go for shade 2🤔 . The gloss had no shot, went pink so fast lol. There is a dior maximizer thats blue and i totally forgot to grab on the last sale
That new ND highlighter looks gorgeous I had the same idea wanting to put it on my lids I love that you did that ,unfortunately sephora canada 🇨🇦 does not carry ND anymore I prefer to buy products in store swatch and feel products. Love your videos 😊
Try Marin Skincare for your dermatitis. They have a lotion for it and lip care and it’s made specifically for your type of dermatitis.

Thanks for your honest review. I was waiting for your review. I had my doubts re the DG tint and it just got confirmed. The blush on the other hand..... Shhhh. My no buy will be over by end of the year. Let's see if I am still interested in them 😂. A little bit disappointed for the oil I must say. How does it compare to the la mer taste wise? Texture wise? I want to replace the la mer with something without petroleum.

Hey Kackie, question for your encyclopedia makeup collection: is there a bronzer like the gucci one (any formulas) that has this nice red/same undertone but is i little easier going pigment wise? I find it is the perfect colour for super fair skin but have to be extremely careful when using it, which is kinda annoying 😢
I really wonder color wise if people who dislike tower 28s colors are people who are typically catered to in most lines. My thinking is that, since the creators are Asian, maybe the colors are more similar to the range typically seen across Asian and ethnicities (olives, golds, etc). Hence why more people who usually don’t find good shade matches elsewhere are finding luck with T28 and those who maybe typically have no issue with color matching, aren’t vibing as much???? Just a theory!

I loved the D&G cream foundation and powder foundation that was out years ago, but they were gone before I had the chance to repurchase. :(
Honestly, I wear the lightest shade in the Tower 28 concealer, and I've found it to be one of the best matches for my skintone. I'm very fair and have warm undertones, so I would say the lightest shade leans warm/yellow rather than neutral, but I do also think I wouldn't call it "ice cream colors"

@@kackie Yeah. My brother once bought one for my mom - who loves almost all things lavender - but she’s not really a frap fan, so I ended up drinking most of it. The flavor is whipped cream and sugar dominant, but there’s a good hit of lavender in there too.
