I loveeeeee givenchy makeup so much. I gave that lipstick to my mom the sheer velvet one in shade 10 for Christmas last year and she loves it. It's her favorite lipstick so I keep her stocked hahaha this video made me really happy and the end result speaks for it self you look gorgeous ❤
The idea with the puff of the loose blushes is that you'll get pigment in the shape of the givenchy logo, if you press it onto the dispersing dots, then turn the container upside down. I guess it only works when you start with a clean puff, but the idea of stamping a logo onto your cheek is so extra. You obviously will blend it away, but it will always have been there

I feel that Givenchy as a brand has been underrated! And more specifically, the Le 9 pallets have been completely underrated for many years!! I am a quint or quad girl (less confusing and easier to use), but somehow the Le 9 I can figure out and get noticeably different looks...without the fuss or anxiety!

I have 5 lip perfectos!!!!! 117 is exceptional, 102 is the easiest to wear, 315 is a beautiful berry, 37 is my second favorite red lip color (after Bobbi Brown crushed lipstick in Ruby), 110 is a nude, I'm not a nude lipstick enthusiast tbh but it's nice! Yes I just laid down all the shades off the top of my head and I know in right 😌

I saw that video, little backstory first.. My ex was verrrrrry dark skinned, we'd be in a room of black people & he would be the darkest in the room. This made me wonder about shades going dark enough (I've had the opposite problem where a lot of foundation shades weren't light enough.) I would walk through sephora & swatch the darkest shades on his arm. I wish I'd thought to take photos, but rarely were they deep enough. I've decided when I swatch for shade comparison, I'm swatching on a white piece of paper, it's the great equalizer.
That lipstick shade felt like the shade I’d always wanted to see on you in the back of my mind without even knowing it. Seeing you apply it was an instant color theory dopamine rush lmao
Speaking on the powder (which I know this video is old so if you already know this - plz disregard me and my advice ) but with that powder - yea I feel you on the lid issues so just for help if you do locate it - if you peel back the sticker on the bottom - you can access the powder thru the bottom. Yep, it’s made to be refillable I guess??? But anyways , it’s like a flat mat with 4 stoppers and I usually take a short thin knife and pry it under each corner and gently pop up - then transfer it to a much better container 😂

I hope some of these 'Photoshop everything darker' companies try it in Australia, where our laws against false advertising can catch them. It's unforgivable that in 2023 the deep end of the spectrum is ignored by so many businesses, due of course to their racist biases (the light extreme is also usually excluded, for unknown reasons).

Hey Kackie, I don't know if it's because of your new 4K status or what, but your video is coming through with a weird turquoise cast or shadow on the edges of your lips, shoulders, under your necklace, around your hairline and the top of your head and ears, under your eyes, the inside of your lower lip and teeth...It's happening only on your videos from the past couple of days, including ones that I'm trying to rewatch, but it didn't happen on those videos the first time around. Not happening on any other channels, only yours. Kind of a neat look, like maybe you're practicing for Halloween? Love the subject of today's video, but I really don't have any idea what the real colors in that Givenchy palette are. Have a nice day! PS I've signed in on a different computer, and it's doing the same thing, again only on your channel, so it's not on my end. The resident computer guru says it has something to do with compression and conversion to 4K on your end.

Some tough love as opposed to being critical. I’m noticing a trend in your makeup looks which is warm rust colored cheeks with orange eyeshadow which is getting a little boring. Especially given that gorgeous purple shade in the palette that would’ve looked gorgeous in the outer corner and then fading into the orange’s. Just to kick it up a notch. So let’s see some cool colored eyeshadow looks, pahhh-leezzz. P.S. the NARS liquid blush in the purple shade is amazing!

The sheer velvets are my favorite formula. All the shades are great. They need more.

I do not care for the foundation. The concealer on the other hand, fabulous. I use it as a foundation as well, its a holy grail :)
