At the right time!!! I have a project due in a few days and I'm designing a mosque. My concept was to have 3D geometric patterns on the wall for the facade and I had no clue how to do it. I was thinking I will have to mass it perhaps and I don't know how to mass!! This video is a lifesaver!! I didn't realize it could be so simple! Thank you so much!
I have a custom wallcovering that has words on it that I can bring in fine like this in 3D when I paint the wall, But I can't get it to show up on the B&W elev. How do I get the custom wallcovering to show up in elev. not just 3D? I'm not sure how to create a PAT file for the custom wallcovering. When I bring it in as a image file into the elev. it isn't working correctly with the order so the wallcovering doesn't go backwards behind my 3D pieces of equipment. That is why I was trying to make a material to paint the wall. Thank you! This was helpful, but I need one more step.
Quick question: There's a project where iam requested to model the earth backfill on top of buried foundations, what do you think the easiet method to model this ?
when you're not native in a language, it's all the time hard to make information pass, the lack of vocabulary sometimes, or even the thinking process is slowed down but overall he is making great efforts teaching us new stuff every day and your comment was really unnecessery .
