A few years later, Billie Eilish blows up for literally the same thing I was envisioning. I also wanted to create rock inspired beats, but thought that nobody would like it. Then MGK drops his album and pop-punk makes a resurgence. Now I just follow my guy. For about 5 years now, I've been wanting to make hip-hop beats with an orchestral synth sound. Now I see rage beats and music with instrumentation is becoming popular and I'm not gonna sit this one out. I have a mixtape dropping soon that uses lots of synths and my ideas, I wonder if people will like it.
As someone who likes hyperpop, I had mixed expectations with the genre being just so wacky and random but you actually pulled this off really well and I'd 10/10 add this to a hyperpop playlist
Itd be cool if you could do a genre called dariacore which is like hyperloop with drum and bass, it has an interesting way to mix with clipping being the aesthetic

I love that he is just building the track and finding out what works realtime. Feels very intuitive, a lot of other video's or most how to video's just make a track before hand and go over it but you learn so much more in the way that you are doing it!

Watch Dan Worrell videos. I just learned I'm not using enough compression overall, because I'm using excessive compression (ie OTT) only on very few sounds, versus purposeful compression on almost everything.

you've clearly got a bunch of influence from future bass in this piece and I really like it. If you ever work on this kind of project id recommend more sidechain and super distorted 808s.
I just discovered hyper pop today, some of it is actually really good! I have ADHD so it is nice to listen to heavy sounds like hyper pop, as long as its done right though, if done wrong i get anxiety and angrily turn it off haha
What I love about Hyperpop Music is how Diverse and Genre Fluid it is. not to mention a lot of the music I listen to from it is like the Late 90s Early 2000s Y2K Era music turned up to 11 almost to the point of Parody.
