I am your age Sil, grew up on smash 64, Melee, and Brawl. I'm now old, married and have a young child. I play handheld so my wife can watch TV after our son is in bed. I don't use c stick at all and my jump is tilt as well. I'm pretty decent, quite a few characters in Elite. But boy.. I absolutely destroy my joy cons. They will develop a nice thumb print in the rubber until eventually just ripping off.😅
During my grind on Fox to Elite Smash, the hardest match up mentally would be against Bowser, Samus, Pokémon Trainer, and gandorf. Bowser makes sense and Samus. Pokémon trainer can be annoying to kill them after combo if them to high percent and Ganon is Ganon sometimes where you can kill them easily, or they kill you, there’s no between.

I think her nair Hitbox rotates around her and Fox did some hurtbox shifting by lowering his body. But also, Fox up tilt is frame 3... Ultimately though, in this instance I think Mythra simply whiffed.
I don't use the C-Stick (Or Right-Stick) Because i have severe drift so i never touch my Right Stick to not trigger my drift, and that means I must do my tilts and Smash Attacks just whit my Left stick. But glad to see you'r giving Fox some love. 0:06 Say It!!! Your not pointing someone whit a gun.
The One Piece anime's pacing is awful but the animation lately makes some things look so much cooler But yeah, even in Wano, they could've taken out half of the stuff in those episodes and it would've changed nothing
@@corrinfevincenohr Oh ivy's dair and uair are good, i'm not saying they aren't. But Rob's dair is basically Ivy's on a better character, like you said Pyra's is similar. it was just such blatant salt i had to laugh.

Then again ever since aegis came out, Ivy dair doesn’t get hated on as much anymore + PT fell off. I only compared ivy dair to aegis because of the initial reaction to how comically large the hitbox is and how free it is to spike. Rob tho is certainly more comparable to Ivy than Pyra for sure

All of em can hit below ledge but ivy gets the spike hitbox the most. Rob dair could get the sourspot instead but ivy dair just hits so far under ledge. Even then, that’s 2019 bs and it’s nothing that shouldnt rly be complained about nowadays
Looking at that Aegis game, I can't believe some characters are just dead, even if they tech. If your recovery is almost solely vertical, then you just die. Bad design.

It looks like Fox was still flashing from the angel platform to me, if you look carefully.
