Just to be sure the Filters due sometimes affect Performance on Emulators, such as with DuckStation the Cel Shade Filter does cause Frame Rate issues on Lesser Powerful Hardwares. However PSP [PPSSPP], PS Vita [Vita3K], Nintendo 3DS [Citra], and GameCube [Dolphin] does not have any Retro CRT Filters. NOTE: Not was shown on this Video I have some extra say to this. With DuckStation if you wanted and even More Enhance HD Feel then put the Cel Shade have the Edge Thickness at 1.6x & Bloom On, although a Strong Hardware is Required. As well with Aethersx2 you can use Boost Shade to Increase Brightness & Contrast. Put both of them on 60% Each.
