Imagine having Disneyland Paris as your only option... And all rides are in french... Americans have several parcs that all have the original voices in the rides.
This week I was lucky enough to experience this splendid ride in person. As a 20 something who grew up with all the Disney animations it was beyond description. My friend and I was in owe throughout the scenes and every time a door opens to a next room it was like we go into their stories that we saw as a child. It. Was. Epic. Though all the songs are sung in Japanese, hope as many Disney enthusiasts as possible can take a ride here in Tokyo once it becomes all safe.
Was it really good? The animatronics are amazing but in video, the ride seems kind of empty. Not many details in the background compared to the amazing castle in the preshow, a lot of empty spaces for the vehicules... did it feel that way in real life ?

I was impressed on how in the ending of the ride where Belle and the Prince are dancing smoothly it was like they we're real. I really want to go to Tokyo and experience this for myself someday. Beauty and the Beast is one of my favorite Disney movies!
I was so excited to see the ride finally opened and there's videos of it. I was really curious to see how they'd pull off the transformation scene and, although I instantly knew it was a pepper's ghost effect, I literally gasped. It's an amazing scene. I agree there could be more to the scenes and really would have loved to see a Gaston scene and animatronic. Doesn't make much sense why they'd only give him a moving shadow. Ursula got to be the most impressive animatronic in the Little Mermaid ride, like come on. But still, this ride looks incredible. I really hope they bring it to WDW.
The fluid movements of the Belle animatronic, I honestly thought it was someone in a costume when you first showed it. That is MIND BLOWING, and of course, if anyone has the technology to do it, it's the Japanese!
Well I guess we will see the reactions and maybe we will receive the ride. I live in Orlando and right now we are getting a whole load of new attractions at the moment.
The way the ballroom scene is done is really clever! I assume they’re in a fixed position, with maybe a track allowing for some movement left, right, forward and back, but the circular platform rotates. There must be a lot of strain, though, with two figures being supported by one.
Christoph Molitor Yeah! I agree! The classics like Snow White, Peter Pan, and others should get revamps and the other classics like Sleeping Beauty, Bambi, 101 Dalmatians, The Jungle Book, The Lion King, and others deserve some dark rides!
I wish they could have squeezed out one more "dancing" room for the Gaston / villager mob scene singing "kill the beast". Instead of that very brief mob shadow scene. It would have made for a better transition to include the climax of the ride story.
I've actually experienced the ride last week but I didn't feel any emptyness or anything. It was just soo amazing and I've never experienced such thing before in any parks. It is silly to evaluate before you actually experience it.

Japan always has all the cool stuff, first vending machines that dispense anything and now realistically devoted animatronics based off of one of my favourite Disney films.
UGHHH stunning!! If plans are to be believed, I'll be able to ride it at the France pavilion someday. If they make changes before bringing it to EPCOT, I hope they shave a bit of the "something there" show scene and add to the mob sequence. Give ol' Gaston a villain moment lol
this ride looks GREAT! I Thought it was interesting they went for the silhouette of gatson vs an animatronic , yet had human version animatronics of ms potts and everyone else 😂😂
The thing I like is when they doing beast transformation, they make the beast still look like an 3d animatronic to fit with how he appears throughout the ride. It will looks so weird if that one looks like animated version
I've just already seen the entire Enchanted Tale of Beauty and the Beast Ride from the other video and it's really magical even though the audio voices are in Japanese. I wished the Disney Company would make more Enchanted Tale of Beauty and the Beast Ride in both Disney Land Paris and Florida as since the new ride is successful in Tokyo then it could do the same for the others Disney land resorts👍.
Kerry Gligorovic Yeah! I can expect that for Florida’s Walt Disney World in a bigger version of Beast’s castle in New Fantasyland adjacent to the Be Our Guest restaurant and the Enchanted Tales with Belle attraction should be a smaller scale meet-and-greet because of an awesome dark ride!
the animatronics are phenomenal, and the transformation scene from beast to human is the best! but yes I do agree that the show scenes held out for a bit too long, especially the something there scene. I think there should’ve been more show scenes, but then again there’s only so much you can do with the ride being inside the beast’s castle. if took place elsewhere, I would’ve love to see the Gaston song scenario
The ride seems a little bare but it still looks amazing (especially the animatronics). Theres a definite problem with some trackless rides, theirs usually a lot of space between you and the show scenes, it ruins the immersion
This looks super-cool and very well-made. I hope there's more of a chance to focus on the animatronics when you're actually on the ride, as it seems like you spin around a lot judging by the video. Possibly to keep you from noticing the endless "loops" for the minute you're in some of those rooms. I'd have liked for better lighting just to see how great they looked, but it's hard to tell from a UA-cam handcam vid!
These animatronics are incredible.. I feel like Philipe is just.. wow. I do wish we would’ve been able to see Belle and The Beast dance instead of her and Adam. I also wish her dress was more full like in the movie!
Great! Just a tip for you, this ride and Sinbad's Storybook are located in 2 different parks. In order to ride them both, you'll have to go to Disney Sea and Land. Good luck!
It’s beautiful and sadly I’ll never could visit it if only it was more towards other parks then in the east they truly make and about Disney animations to make real! :D
The animatronics look fantastic! But underutilized space seems to be plaguing trackless rides It seems to be the trend with them to have the ride vehicles move from big room to big room. I'd prefer more segments of them moving single file along narrower corridors filled with more to look at, with big rooms only utilized for big scenes that call for them, like the ballroom scene.
With this ride they also made the mistake to use these Gigantic trackless vehicles and putting them through in groups of 6. It needs way to much space. Rides like Mystic Manor show that smaller vehicles in groups of 4 work much better. Heck even a group of 2 works if you look at Star wars. But for some reason they went with 6 and it partly killed the rides potential.
This ride is absolutely breathtaking! I wouldn’t be surprised tho if they did add more to the ride! They could honestly add a Gaston figure near the window by the fight scene and I wish they added more to the something there part ❤️ I feel Like they’re doing a test run and then gonna add more to it! ❤️
why does everyone miss the whole idea of this ride, there is no gaston because it appears as if you're looking through the castle windows, it's from the castle point of view, how are you going to have a gaston if this is from that view? also they can pop these like daisies they take a very long time to make, this is why we can't have nice things because people are to damn picky for this stuff. there cant be a mess of characters it would be clutter. other then that nice video
I get what you mean they take a long time to make especially this fluid! But people arent complaining, I feel like they are thinking like me right now, where it wouldve been cool to see such an animated character like Gaston in animatronic form! But the result of the ride is still fantastic and we arent going to riot just because Gaston isnt there.
Hey DuckSquad, What do you think about the animatronics? let us know!
I like them they look so nice and fluent but I do hope that they are made different that king tritent so that they don’t twitch when they break down

I'd love to go on this ride when it breaks down. Imagine getting to walk through the ride and get a better look at the animatronics and scenery up close that would be amazing
that transformation tho!!! and the WALTZING oh my goooood
Japan always has all the cool stuff, first vending machines that dispense anything and now realistically devoted animatronics based off of one of my favourite Disney films.
Those Belle animatronics are the most gorgeous animatronics I've ever seen!
Like literally everything about these animatronics is just mind-blowing. That transformation scene alone!
The window with the beast's shadow is actualy the scene when Belle rejected beast's dinner invitation
Its such a beautiful looking ride. I am getting nostalgia. I am gonna cry.
I’m a huge beauty and the beast fan, but also terrified of animatronics 😭
I'm looking forward to seeing these amazing animatronics. This is amazing
UGHHH stunning!! If plans are to be believed, I'll be able to ride it at the France pavilion someday. If they make changes before bringing it to EPCOT, I hope they shave a bit of the "something there" show scene and add to the mob sequence. Give ol' Gaston a villain moment lol
It reminds me of going to the Disney Store at the mall in the mid-90s and seeing all those displays around the top lol
I am praying that they move this to the other parks too! I would love to experience it!
they will, they did it to other rides why not this one.
this ride looks GREAT! I Thought it was interesting they went for the silhouette of gatson vs an animatronic , yet had human version animatronics of ms potts and everyone else 😂😂
I hope they make other Disney princesses like this too, can’t wait for a Mulan one, tangled and Moana versions of this yeeeeeeeee!
seeing a gaston animatronic would have been amazing!
THIS is the golden yellow dress Belle should've worn in the live action adaptation.
This is a ride I DEFINITELY need to go on during my next Disney trip!
I think, if I saw the beast dancing, I would have cried. It could have been amazing
The thing I like is when they doing beast transformation, they make the beast still look like an 3d animatronic to fit with how he appears throughout the ride. It will looks so weird if that one looks like animated version
These are some of the most articulate animatronics every created
This looks INCREDIBLE. It breaks my heart that I’ll never get to see it because of this pandemic
The pandemic is not an eternal event. Nothing ever is. COVID will soon fade into memory and be a thing of the past
Wow, The animatronic's moves are so fluid that looks like CGI animation.
What an amazing attraction! Thanks for sharing Fastpass Facts! Awesome video! 🤍
Disney America: WHY DOESN'T MINE LOOK LIKE THAT
amazing vid!!!
Just imagine being there! Can’t wait until it’s safer to travel.
Man these are so good, 1:32 looks almost VFX
the animatronics are phenomenal, and the transformation scene from beast to human is the best! but yes I do agree that the show scenes held out for a bit too long, especially the something there scene. I think there should’ve been more show scenes, but then again there’s only so much you can do with the ride being inside the beast’s castle. if took place elsewhere, I would’ve love to see the Gaston song scenario
These animatronics makes everything else they have feel lacking. These are so good.
These animatronics are incredible!
Omg these animatronics are incredible!!
American Disneyland has plenty of space to build a Beauty and the Beast ride and yet their ride will be outrageously expensive
The ride seems a little bare but it still looks amazing (especially the animatronics). Theres a definite problem with some trackless rides, theirs usually a lot of space between you and the show scenes, it ruins the immersion
I really really REALLY wantt to gooo Belle is my favourite Disney princess, and this looks AMAZING!!! She's so pretttyyyyy!!!
Definitely a missed opportunity to see a wonderful Gaston animatronic
These animatronics are incredible.. I feel like Philipe is just.. wow. I do wish we would’ve been able to see Belle and The Beast dance instead of her and Adam. I also wish her dress was more full like in the movie!
This ride is so cool. I can’t wait to experience this and Sinbad’s Storybook Voyage when I go to Tokyo Disneyland next year
Great! Just a tip for you, this ride and Sinbad's Storybook are located in 2 different parks. In order to ride them both, you'll have to go to Disney Sea and Land. Good luck!
I’m going to both of those parks next year
This needs to be at ALL PARKS
I can imagine this to be the future of "Animated" Movies. No more CGI.
They need to bring this to the US! It doesn't need to be in a castle. It could be in a show building with a village facade.
It’s beautiful and sadly I’ll never could visit it if only it was more towards other parks then in the east they truly make and about Disney animations to make real! :D
The animatronics look fantastic! But underutilized space seems to be plaguing trackless rides
It seems to be the trend with them to have the ride vehicles move from big room to big room.
@@schagerbaantje Yeah that's a really good point. Mystic Manor and Star Wars definitely utilize their space better
disney is the worst place to get sick at. You just get to watch everyone have fun while your dying
This is amazing! Pity that I've never been here! I love "The beauty and the beast" ❤️
It's about time Disney built a beauty and the beast ride. Wish there was a mulan ride btw Mulan is my favorite Disney princess
By the way if you all don't like my comments I'm coming for you well in your dreams
I feel like if they added the animatronics to the be our guest restaurant that would be incredible
this is beautiful I like this ending better!!!!!
I really love the animatronics, they really look like they were pulled out of the movie
why does everyone miss the whole idea of this ride, there is no gaston because it appears as if you're looking through the castle windows, it's from the castle point of view, how are you going to have a gaston if this is from that view? also they can pop these like daisies they take a very long time to make, this is why we can't have nice things because people are to damn picky for this stuff. there cant be a mess of characters it would be clutter. other then that nice video
"also they can pop these like daisies they take a very long time to make" Huh?
