I didn't realize someone loved this ride as much as my dad. He is in his late eighties, and could ride this all day. He is currently in quarantine so can only get his Disney fix on line. He loves this video, and watched from beginning to end and loved it, as did I. Pretty fantastic! Thanks for doing it! Will likely watch it again.
OH. MY. GOSH. They took out Davy Jones?? I never thought they'd do it. I hated how it blinded me just before one of the darkest and most breath-taking scene opens up. Now, I'd love it there was a spot for Jones in the OG Pirates, but there really isn't as his conception is so far removed from the original ride. I'm glad to see him in other versions of Pirates, but in the original? As a projection facing the riders? Nah. The long, dark tunnel really builds the suspense for the visually amazing sacking of Puerto Dorado. Pirates of the Caribbean, the ride, is all about that dim lighting. Thank you, Disneyland.
Thank you so much for this. I loved Disney World so much but can't afford to go back. To see all my favorite attractions like this makes my memories of them, beautiful.😊

Very impressive, I have been at the Pirate ride a few times and your video is so impressive compared to most POV videos. The wide angle view is amazing, I saw things here that I haven't seen since I was there in person a long while ago.. VERY VERY NICE JOB!
Can you do "Splash Mountain but it's recorded at every angle"? I would Love to see that! Of course it's okay if you don't have a camera to do that, but yeah!

The first Captain Jack Sparrow animatronic is missing! It may be just a technical issue but it seems like it’s been out for a while now 🧐 ( I went yesterday and noticed this as well)
In the backward and upwards portions of the video, you can see a ball-like streak of light come across the ceiling right before you get to the first archway in the bayou. At first I thought it was a real bug but then it kept happening every 8 seconds. Any clue as to what that may be??
It's suppose to be a shooting star going across the night sky above the Blue Bayou. The effect was more sporadic in the earlier days, but the timing is too fast now.
I'm just curious though, how many times did this man go on the ride in one day? lol guys im kidding, i know my man just spent a whole day going on pirates of the caribbean.

im a passholder and when i tell you normally theres NO ONE on tuesday.. i mean it😂 however download the disneyland app, you can get an idea of how crowded it is by how long the lines are for rides, (you dont have to be at disneyland to see the wait times btw)
