Sakkari had an easy day at the office today. Really all she had to do was play her regular game. Garcia had a terrible off day. SO many balls today went just long or wide. Which on a normal day would have landed inside the lines. Maria kept her focus, though, and did what she had to do.
I can't understand players who have been in top 10 for years and have only 2 titles and refuse to go and play to smaller events until they win a few more titles and get that winning feeling. Especially, Maria who has struggled in the semi-final stage.

Elle a un potentiel de dingue, mais n'a toujours pas compris quand il fallait attaquer et quand il fallait défendre, mettre du gros lift de temps en temps histoire de se laisser du temps pour se repositionner, non elle bourrine du début à la fin, et trop souvent ça ne passe pas contre des joueuses top 20...elle donne les matchs les uns après les autres alors qu'elle pourrait largement aller tout en haut, c'est tellement frustrant de voir ça ! A chaque balle je me dis "est-ce que ça va sortir" ??
Definitely the biggest choker on the women’s tour is Caroline Garcia I mean she just misses too much and you know how she stands far in she’s 48th on the winning return game so it’s not really helping her so I think because she knows she’s a joker if she just is committing yourself to fall out it’s something about not being stressed out by Tennis as much like the accommodator say it’s a way toget rid of tension but because I find that in my tennis game too is like I don’t think as much when I’m playing so close in but you have to mix it up. You know when you’re not playing as well just loop the ball back some girls can’t hit the ball in anyway.
