Heidel 9-4, my main residence as well. The distance to the imperial vendor is not important, imho, because you would go to the vendor with the raw material and craft the boxes in front of the vendor anyways (because of weight - you don't want to carry the boxes around). A little extra info : some of the decorations / furniture offer a limited number of buffs, some of those are pretty cool, especially for newer players. Sidenote: I was just reading through the new events and all I could think was: Well, EDUH, have fun forging all this into a video....Ok, off to the coastal cave now, these children need assistance...

I fell folks should be able to access all storage in every place they put stuff when they rent a storage box instead of only accessing the closest town with a storage box, it would make life so much easier. Example, I have stuff in Heidel and Veilia, now I'm in Capheon, now if I rent a storage box, then I should have access to my storage stuff in Heidel and Vielia, see it would make life so much easier
I’ve heard you can buy a second house by the Imperial Trader, drop another container into it, and the stuff from the first house will be in it to take a short walk to the the Trader. Best of both worlds?

kevin brandon what are you trying to buy? Some premium outfits are harder to get than other, and if is your first outfit you can try classic outfit just place a preorder and you’ll get it they are pretty common

Blue means you can buy it right now. Grey means you still have to purchase the homes before it in order to buy that house. (For example, a house that is labeled 1-4 usually requires you to purchase 1-1, 1-2, and 1-3 homes before you buy 1-4. The UI also lets you buy them all at once rather than clicking on each individual one. The one exception is residence. You can buy any house as residence without buying the previous ones.

Yup! And different seed vendors offer slightly different furniture seeds that can be grown on your farm and harvested. For example, Altinova seed vendor is different from Heidel seed vendor. There are UA-cam videos with lists already (or you can Google it)

Just place down the alchemy furniture tool you want. You can either purchase them off the alchemy NPC or craft them (send your worker to the appropriate house). Glish has a furniture tool crafting house up to level 4, which means it has ALL the alchemy furniture tool types available.

Also, if you sell your house... you get your contribution points back. All your furniture is automatically sent to the nearest city storage. The only thing you lose is the silver invested in upgrading the tier of a crafting house. Or if you placed down any wallpaper or flooring. The wallpaper and flooring is a one time use, and you can't get those items back.

Its freaking useful especially if youre cooking. You dont need to run far to access your storage to grab multiple materials. My house sits at Heidel near the Central Market NPC and it makes it easier to transact after cooking and grab items in the CM plus the storage box. Its a time saver!

You can only do cooking in a residence, since you first need to go inside and place your cooking utensils

I don't think any other player can interact with it. They can't move any objects or use stations (I think.) Just sit around and lie down in beds.

Correct, you can only use a house for one thing, so if you buy it as storage, can't be residence or workshop.
