- This video takes you from Namur (Namen) to Liège (Luik). After my first stop in Andenne, I was stopped by a redsignal. I skip that part because of the communication between traffic control and me. I have to wait a few minutes because a cargo train has to to diverd his route.
It is a totally new camera angel.
I drive a m4 Nmbs carriages and a lock type 21
Please leave a thumbs up and subscribe fore more.
Very nice older equipment, smooth and quiet, no chattering air compressor.
Thats because its just a carriage with a driving cab, all of that stuff is in the loco at the back
I really like the headcam videos as it shows the controls of the train. Much prefer the headcam videos to the window views. Keep up the good work
Hi, very interesting video, I have a question on the 4 gauges on the right, 1- catenary voltage, 2 & 3- traction motor current, 4- not sure, is it traction motor voltage? Is the unit vacuum braked?
Nr4 is de totale of gauge 2 & 3
Hi Jen, thank you for sharing! I prefer this camera angle because it includes your work space. Not many other channels do this. Also, if you'd like to drive another type of train but you've got no training for that type, can you put a request for it or do you just have to wait till you are being offered?
Ilias, you have to learn each train type separately. After that you got your knowledge tested. When it's all cleared you can drive that train. That's how it works with passengers operator NMBS.
Thank you for your quick answer Jen! So if you want to drive a new train, can you ask to learn it or do you have to wait till it's offered to you?
It depends on which depot you are at.
Merci pour cette belle vidéo. Les 27 fonctionnent elles de la même façon ? Sont-elles similaires ?
I have asked that you note the locomotive /EMU class on your other videos - I noticed that you did here - a lock 21 would be an SNCB class 21 ? Correct?
What a beautiful video! Nice to be able to ride in a Belgian steering position. That cab camera made it pretty beautiful! Did you know a youtober (here in the Netherlands) who also made videos, but had to stop doing that because of the Dutch Railways, this youtuber also has another channel that simply takes pictures here with a fixed camera, don't know if you know them! that's why I had to think about that! Greetings from the Netherlands!
Very nice !!
Salut! Est-ce risqué de filmer dans la cabine? Niveau sanctions disciplinaires? J'ose pas demander aux chefs xD
i don't work anymore for the NMBS. Why did i do it? to get fired... ;-)
With my new Company i have the autorisation to film.
@@Traindriver89-be ow wow, well, nice job, you got what you expect :P
nope, i resigned. they wouldn't fire me. my notice period was 1 year...
@@Traindriver89-be so it's not allowed to film... Sad :/
Just say you don't care
Welke camera gebruik je? 😀
