      bruh he tought me chem, physics, mathematics (HE CONTRIBUTED IN MATH THE MOST!), and finally ICT. I found him from an ict video 1.5 yrs ago and I swear he made understood roughly every bits of maths and other subjects too. But If you talk about maths, i wouldn't be here at this stage.

    Thank you for this. I'm learning the basics to do some ROM hacking (retro games) and maybe even homebrew someday, and while I understood binary with the readme file, I couldn't wrap my head around hexadecimal there. Your video cleared that up, I made a few conversions and it all checks out!

    Ahhhh, long math. Being an “old skool” coder, an easier way to convert 3:29 is multiply first digit (2) 2x16, add the next digit (3) to that sum, multiply that by 16 and then add the last digit (E/14) to that sum and there’s your answer.
    If there were another digit AFTER ‘E’, we would’ve multiplied again by 16 and added the next digit to that sum, but in this case since ‘E’ was last digit, we simply add it to the previous sum and stop.

    Hi many thanks for these befits your explanation is the best in this world but if you could put all the topic in one video that would save our time for example if you give the the rule and one example only that is enough so in this case you can cover the whole topic about converting all types of numbers like base 9 bade 3 ….. to decimal and so on many thanks I have learnt a lot from you but never learn one rule from my lecture which last for two hours!

    I understand the concept of this but HOW do people calculate the multiple of 16. We aren’t allowed to use a calculator for exams

    I just noticed it is 16^n because it is the hexa decimal equivalent to 10^n (10^0=1 10^1=10 etc.)
