El ???% son sus emociones reprimidas, el verdadero Shigeo el cual no tenia miedo de expresarse y ser abierto con los demas, Mob es esta personalidad inexpresiva y seria que adquirio para ocultar sus emociones y ponerle limite a sus poderes.
Irónicamente estas emociones que tanto se esforzaba en reprimir fueron lo que formaron a ???%
No hay otro "mob", son dos caras de la misma moneda y al final Mob/Shigeo tendra que aceptarse a si mismo tal y como es, tanto lo positivo como lo negativo.
