Honestly, there is nothing wrong with this ship, and I'm not sure what so many people have to complain about. If you want my true "con's" list, it's that elevators can take a while to be able to get on one, and that the walls of the cabins can be thin (I think I was woken up every single day by doors closing). That's literally my only two negative points. Everything else was extremely positive. We should have a new series of videos up at the end of August from our second run on this ship that we're doing in just a few days where we're going to check out everything we didn't get to see last time! Honestly, I could not be more excited for the trip - and you should be excited too!

I have been in the Quest on one of the smaller ships and we never miss the Love & Marriage show! I've also been hypnotized. It's a lot different than what people think it's like. ...Claude

We were on the allure in December and although that is my favorite boat, Voyager is still a great ship. I wish I won a free trip in the casino! It was so fun! This was an unofficial event put together by our cruise's Facebook page! Do a search on facebook for your ship's name and sailing date and you'll find your group! If someone hasn't put it together - volunteer to organize it! Basically we opted in saying we would participate, and our room was added to a list. Each participant got 10 rooms - and then we got about 10 magnets placed on our door from other participants.
It was something that our cruise's Facebook group put together! If you have not looked, do a search on Facebook for your sailing date and name of the ship and see if there's a group that is there (probably is one!) Ask if anyone is interested in trading magnets!
We actually didn't buy the package because we (a) wanted to do Chef's Table and that cost extra on top of the package and (b) we couldn't get reservations until the day we boarded - so we opted out. I wish I could be more help! Maybe that will be our next video!

Hello! I am of the opinion that you should get on as soon as you can! That said, rooms usually do not open until around 1pm, so if that is important to you, I would say 1230. If you don't care, you can board as early as 11!
We paid for all of the meals individually, but only because we purchased Chef's Table too and that would have been an add on after the dining plan. We also did the beverage package (check my channel - we tried them ALL). I will say that I was very done by the end of the cruise trying all of the drinks and standing in line at bars, but if you think you'll do 6 or more per day, it might be worth it! As for me, I don't know that I'll ever buy it again.
I mean, I'm certain that it's happened - but honestly, you're dealing with international and border patrol at a cruise terminal and they're not going to be as lenient as the TSA. Gigi Hadid just got arrested for possession in Grand Cayman and she was on a private flight - so my suggestion would be to not risk it.

That's crazy the ship is still in service. I took a cruise on that ship to Canada over 20 years ago.
