Dalmec Model PRC, rigid arm, column style, product manipulator capable of handling a wide variety of products with proper heads and rated up to 450 lbs. Equipped with 112" high floor mounted column, 72" long swing arm with 360° rotation on the column and 48" long 300° rotation on tooling arm axis, with maximum vertical to 6.3 feet. Compressed-air fed filtered 40 µm not lubricated pneumatic cylinder with working pressure of 0.7 ÷ 0.8 Mpa and working temperature from +0° to +45° C with, noise level of 70 dB and transmission lever system that provides balance to load weight applied and is controlled through two pneumatic circuits one to keeps weight system balanced and one to keep the weight load balanced. Swing arm left and right hand controls with up / down, grip releases and brake push button controls.
