Crepe Paper Clematis Center - May 2020

This video shows step-by-step how to make and color the center for a crepe paper clematis flower. This is part of a collaboration tutorial for The Paper Florists Facebook group monthly paper flower challenge for May 2020, in celebration of International Paper Flower Day on May 14. Here are the dimensions to cut out the center pieces from 180g Italian crepe:
-- SMALL CENTER FRINGE:
One piece .75 inch tall x 3 inch wide
-- LARGE OUTER FRINGE, cut two pieces:
One piece 1.25 inch tall x 2 inch wide AND
One piece .75 inch tall x 2 inch wide
