That's how shows like Avatar or Ben 10 are called "western animes" because of their design. In conclusion, is up to you if you want to call it anime or not. How can this in my Recommendation Video. I mean, sure it's fine(I like the Manhwa too), but i couldn't believe this comic/manhwa have such a smooth animation....Sadly is a game (Even tho i can play it)
