But the fights so far haven't really been as engaging as I was expecting & the art style is really hit or miss but I think it's because I am so use to the 2020 art from the Manwha.

That's how shows like Avatar or Ben 10 are called "western animes" because of their design. In conclusion, is up to you if you want to call it anime or not. For me, it certainly is an anime because of the design and the animation style.

@@papa-vk5wx it's studio mir so maybe considering they do multiple seasons shows but the only show they actually did great was Korra and kipo was good and Voltron was the second best but everything else is decent to mediocre I'm afraid
