I'm so happy to hear they're helpful. @kathcares helps make sure they're accurate 😁
Andagi and coffee really is a great combo! We do that in Hawaii too
It is isn't it?

I know sata antagi but never attempted to eat. Brown sugar made in this beautiful and southmost islands is just amazing🌺🏝! Chin su kou(short biscuits) is popular Okinawan souvenir!!
They make a lot of amazing sweets from kokutou in Okinawa. Another one of my favorites is a steamed bun that's so fluffy and chewy.
Made these just after the premiere. They're so easy and tasty! Minimal ingredients and maximum flavor. The easiest donut recipe I've ever made. Thank you, Sensei!🙇♀
I'm so happy to hear you enjoyed these! Looking forward to hearing about what variations you come up with.
I love it ❤
Thanks!
Osaka
yo!
I just made these today. They were delicious! Do you have any tips on how to regulate the gas burner to keep the oil at 340 degrees? I need to get a thermometer that clips to the side of the pan instead of the pen version I have. Thanks for sharing your recipe!
I'm so happy to hear you enjoyed these! A clip on thermometer is probably the best way. My stove has sensors that lets me set a specific temperature which is how I do it.
Azumanga Daioh brought me here
Wow, you drink black coffee ?
Don't do well with caffeine, so I'm a coffee novice. Didn't start drinking it regularly until 2 years ago.
