I wanted to know how does LP work with COF. Does it scale with area level? With dungeon difficulty? With monolith corruption? With how hard it is to finish the prophecy quest? This is the one thing that confuses me, I get that getting "more loot" means that eventually you're playing the gamble to hit the 3+ LP items because you just dropped so many. Does Arena drop more/better gear at higher waves? What about Arena prophecies? So much stuff that confuses me still.
Yes higher corruption get more LP. 300 corruption is ~10% more chance, 600 ~14%. So it has a diminishing return the higher you go. Different unique also have different LP chances. You’ll need to check the percentage of chance to get a X LP for the unique you want to check if it’s worth farming (some unique LP4 are really really low chance for exemple)
I would enjoy more a video on how to optimize favor farming. I mean, I understand how to get prophecies and target farm the items but getting the corruption when you are not at 700 corruption is so slow.
"First step is to push corruption" eh, i don't have all the uniques yet for the build, i have most, but lack 2 of the 3 ward items and also the amulet, and ofc no LP on the uniques i DO have yet, so im stuggling a LOT on corruption 100 to the point where it's more efficient for me to farm lvl 90 monoliths. Due to being so weak without all the items and no LP crafted yet i also can't take prophesies that do corruption and/or Arena, which is a big annoyance since i have to reroll prohesies very often and i don't get uniques that often on my rerolls and i only have 2 lens spots open as im only CoF 7 Great info, will certainly help me target farm the remaining stuff i need :D
@@AnHuynh01101It's an exact copy of the build hes using, but without all the uniques since i don't have them so no, i don't need to check my build.....it's LITERALLY the same as the one hes using. I don't have any LP crafted yet, and my problem is im dying in lvl 100 monos due to insufficient ward (only about 900 since i only have exang armor).
You really only need 2 daggers to get to blasting honestly. the uniques help a lot like you can push 500+ with no LP and just the uniques. But you only really need the daggers to just get rolling
@@miothan Don't go low-life before you have exsanguinous (armor), last steps of the living (boots) and frostbite shackles (gloves), just like Mattjestic (the guy who brought us the build) said in his guide. AnHuynh is right, check your build.
You can totally push corruption without even being close to perfect gear. Perfect gear are pushing way beyond 1000 corruption, farming between 300 and 500 is were you’ll,be the most efficient gearing your character. And if you are really struggling to even reach 300 your build is most likely the issue, not the gear (or a build that is not rightly geared stat wise).
I'm on around 100 monoliths and my corruption is on 7. I don't know how it got to 7 either so a 'how to raise corruption' would help. It's all me being numpty I know. ;)
TLDR but I can do a more indepth video is you have to go find the shade and kill him. When you kill him you get a small amount of corruption and the timeline resets. So the best way to get corruption is to kill the monolith boss so you get a token this token gives you +10 corruption. Kill the boss twice for 2 tokens, then find a shade and boom!

i struggled to get exalteds the most in merchants guild for the actual interesting bases with good rolls

Favor is sadly tied to corruption. The more corruption the more experience the more experience the more favor :(

You don’t even need enough items to push 200 300 corruption. Instead of items, you need to check your build.

Teleport to the island, you can repeat those areas
For story quest you just port to the area the mob is in to kill it

So, how the hell can I target farm a mad alchemists ladle?! I’ve murdered hundreds of mages and still haven’t had one drop!
That’s wild. I got 2 within seconds of each other and haven’t seen another since. Crazy how that works.
Any of those mages ladle is just an RNG drop from them sadly. Its like boss drop you just have to kill them in echos until it drops.
