I always felt that this beautiful man and Phoebe could've had a storyline, a romantic storyline. She's in awe of him because despite what he's been through, he didn't lose his compassion for people or life.... You can see how she reacts to everything about him. And him, in the end of this episode after getting his sight back, wanting to know more about this woman who has a beautiful smile and heart. They could've been a beautiful pair and Phoebe first serious relationship before Cole. It was a miss. This is one of my favourite episodes from the earlier seasons of Charmed, also remembered because this is the first time Prue used telekinesis through her hands and not her eyes.
This was a good episode. Wish they continued on this path, but the ‘writers’ ran out of ideas and started copying other shows and movies that were trending
She obviously doesn't respect him. I don't understand why she thinks there's chance she'd ask him to stay. She spends most of her time avoiding him. But he too should get a clue

I feel like piper didn’t communicate properly at all. For example when are you planning on leaving how long until then? Give me a day at least.
