He made this decision because An Ling was a better pupil and Yen Lo used his abilities for evil, though Yen Lo felt betrayed and swore revenge. *In late 2001, Yen Lo attempted to kill the Zen Master, though An Ling defended him and managed to wound Yen Lo, causing him to retreat into Limbo. Knowing that only the Dragon Blade could stop Yen Lo, the Zen Master sent An Ling to retrieve it. As she returned with the blade, Yen Lo appeared and fatally stabbed his former master before taking him through a portal. *In Limbo, the Zen master tried to convince Yen Lo to redeem himself and reincarnate. Yen Lo refused, noting that he would likely return as a tapeworm or dung beetle. He then told his former master of his plan, to trap all Zen Masters in Limbo so they could never reincarnate and all their magic and knowledge would be lost. When the Zen Master asked how Yen Lo could escape Limbo without water, Yen Lo replied that there was water in the clouds above. *Yen Lo left Limbo in order to kill An Ling, though he failed and escaped with the Dragon Blade when the Charmed Ones intervened. Inspired by the accidental body swap between Paige and Phoebe, Piper used the same potion to switch bodies with the Zen Master. Although Yen Lo was fooled for a bit, before figuring out something was wrong and captured Piper's soul with the blade. *At the manor, Zen Master learned that Yen Lo had captured Piper's soul by observing him through a portal. When they all arrived in Limbo to save her, Phoebe engaged Yen Lo in a fight while Paige freed Piper. She then orbed the blade to Phoebe, who used it to capture Yen Lo's soul. With him defeated, Limbo was no longer corrupted by his fears and returned to a peaceful place. *An Ling wanted to return to the manor so Leo could heal her father, though the Zen Master told her that he was mortally wounded and that it was his time. History: * When the Halliwell sisters first became the Charmed Ones, they were pursued by two warlocks named Rex Buckland and Hannah Webster. When Matthew Tate failed to kill the sisters, Rex mentioned that "he" would not be pleased, to which Hannah replied that it was not a complete failure, as they had confirmed the sisters were the Charmed Ones. Rex and Hannah later attempted to steal the sisters' powers, though they failed and Hannah accidentally killed Rex. She then mysteriously combusted in flames, screaming that it was not her fault. A few months after, A demon posing as Inspector Rodriguez is sent by the Source to find out why the ranks of evildoers have been decimated over the past few months. The sorcerer Tempus appears to him and Tempus says he was sent by The Source to help kill the Charmed Ones and offers to help Rodriguez. *A year later, the demon Litvack mentioned the Source by name for the first time as referred to him as his boss. Some time later, the Source released the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse upon the world, but vanquished them through a vortex when they failed. * The Source of All Evil made his first appearance when magic was exposed to the world after Prue and Piper Halliwell fought Shax on the street after the Source had sent him after an innocent named Dr. Griffiths. He made a deal with Cole Turner to have Tempus reset time on the condition that Phoebe Halliwell remained in the Underworld. After the deal was made, the Source ordered his demons to kill both Cole and Phoebe while his assassin succeeded in killing Prue, thus destroying the Power of Three. Renewed War against the Charmed Ones: *The Source renewed his war against the Charmed Ones when the existence of a fourth sister was revealed by his Oracle. During the Window of Opportunity, the Source tried to sway Paige Matthews to the side of evil by possessing her boyfriend Shane and manipulating her into killing an innocent. However, when he attacked her sisters, Paige turned on the Source and he retreated. *In an attempt to destroy the Power of Three, the Source kidnapped Piper and placed her in an illusionary world inside her mind where she was a patient in a mental hospital with delusions of magic. He nearly succeeded in getting her to give up her powers, though her sisters and Leo Wyatt entered her mind to help her. The magic severely weakened the Source and he was nearly vanquished by Cole, though the Oracle sacrificed herself, allowing him to escape.[9] He was left seriously weakened for a time to the point that a warlock faction led by Devlin rose up against him and he lacked the strength to stop them or curtail their stealing demonic powers. However, the Charmed Ones vanquished Devlin and most of his faction, eliminating that threat to him. The Source trapped in the crystal cage: *When a demonic advisor known as the Seer foresaw his defeat at the hands of the Charmed Ones, the Source obtained the Hollow, a dangerous power with the ability to absorb magic, and tried to use it to kill the sisters. However, the Seer went to the then mortal Cole Turner and granted him the Hollow to stop the Source, as she had foreseen the future. The Source managed to steal the sisters' powers and tried to kill them, though Cole intervened and took his powers. The Charmed Ones then cast a spell and vanquished the Source. The Seer then appeared and returned the Hollow to its box with the sisters. When Phoebe asked where the Source's powers went, the Seer cryptically mentioned it had gone "into the void". As Cole Turner and his Heir: *It was soon revealed that the Source was not vanquished as the sisters believed, but that his essence had possessed Cole Turner through the Hollow, filling the "void" left in Cole when his demonic half was vanquished. The Source slowly manifested in Cole until the two eventually merged. However, Cole's love for Phoebe proved too strong for the Source to beat and he wanted her as his queen. Cole was then guided by the Seer in his attempt to reorganize the Underworld and to conceive an heir. He eventually managed to marry Phoebe in a dark wedding and together they conceived a child that would be pure evil. Cole was then coronated as the new Source of All Evil with Phoebe as his Queen. *However, the good in Phoebe eventually overcame the evil inside and she rejoined her sisters in vanquishing Cole. The essence of the Source then possessed his unborn son. After Cole's vanquish, the Seer revealed her true intentions and sought to take the child for herself, claiming it had always been hers. The Seer was then coronated as the new Source, though the child's power proved too much for her to handle and the child vanquished itself, the Seer and all demons present at the ceremony. Resurrection of the Half-Faced Source: *Four years later, a Possessor Demon invaded the body of a mortal named Mandi and used to manipulate Wyatt Halliwell in helping her resurrect the half-faced Source. However, as the Source was bound to the Possessor Demon through the magic used to resurrect him, he was once again vanquished when Piper Halliwell blew up the Possessor Demon. Resurrection as a Golem: *As a disembodied essence, the Source worked with the mysterious Neena and a warlock named Hogan to plan his resurrection once more. A Dark Priest then performed a ritual requiring the blood of innocents saved by the Charmed Ones and soil from the Ancient Burial Ground to resurrect the Source in the form of a Golem. *Desiring revenge against the sisters, the Source cast a spell to increase Hogan's power of Discord Inducement, turning all mortals in San Francisco against the sisters. He then attacked the manor in person, though the sisters managed to flee to Magic School and swore to vanquish the Source once and for all. *The Source began attacking Magic School while the sisters prepared to vanquish him by collecting magic from various magical beings. When the Source broke through, the sisters combined a potion with Excalibur and a spell to truly vanquish the Source. At the same time, Neena cast a spell to obtain the Source's power and shared it with her demons to set her own plans in motion.

Both witches and demons draw power from it, but witches call it "The Sacred Flame". By merging with Cole, the Source began to share his love for Phoebe Halliwell. *Once Cole was vanquished, the essence went into their unborn son and used his powers to take control of Phoebe until the child was transferred to the Seer. When the Seer was vanquished, the essence became disembodied until it was resurrected as a Golem in 2008. However, the vast majority of demons are unaware of this truth, believing that each Source is a new demon risen to power.

He was vanquished in 2001 by the newly reconstituted Charmed Ones, avenging their eldest sister. History: (Killing Prue and Dr. Griffiths) *After Shax was assigned to kill Dr. Griffiths, Phoebe Halliwell received a premonition of his death. She and her sisters rushed to find him. As soon as they found him, he was taken to the manor. The sisters talked about how they could vanquish Shax, much to the shock of Dr. Griffiths. He believed it was a prank set up by his ex-wife. However, it was not. Shax whirled in and blasted Prue and Piper through the living room wall and into the conservatory. *Shax was about to kill the doctor when Phoebe chased him off by casting his vanquishing spell. After they were healed by Leo, Prue and Piper followed Shax onto the street and Piper blew him up. This was witnessed by a local news crew, exposing magic. Shax later attempted to kill the doctor at the hospital, but was vanquished by Prue and Piper. *When a series of events caused time to be reversed, Phoebe was no longer present when Shax attacked the manor. In this new timeline, Shax killed the doctor after attacking the sisters. He then whirled out of the manor with a grin, slamming the door and shattering the glass. Prue later died of her injuries while Piper was healed in time by Leo. Attempt to kill Paige Matthews: *During Prue's funeral, Paige Matthews came to console her sisters. As they shook hands, Phoebe received a premonition about Shax attacking Paige. Later that night, Paige was dancing with her boyfriend Shane at P3. When they left and headed to a rooftop, Shax appeared. He knocked out Shane and attempted to kill Paige, though she orbed away. This was witnessed by Phoebe and Cole, who later prevented Shax from killing Paige. *When Paige met her sisters at the manor, the Power of Three was reconstituted. At that moment, Shax attacked the manor and chased the sisters to the attic. Once there, the newly formed Charmed Ones cast the vanquishing spell, thus vanquishing Shax and avenging Prue. Alternate Realities: *In an alternate reality created by Cole Turner, Paige never reconstituted the Charmed Ones. In this reality, Shax was still alive and a vengeful Piper was still hunting him down. *In the dark future where Wyatt Halliwell had turned evil, he turned the manor into a museum. Upon entry, guests were shown a hologram of the Charmed Ones being reconstituted and them facing Shax. Return: *Shax was one of the many demons to manifest through Tyler Michaels as the host of Heremus. When he emerged, Shax called out Prue's name and sought to kill her again. He confronted Prue at a motel and attacked Benjamin Turner. The Charmed Ones arrived just as Shax blasted Prue through a wall once more and attempted the vanquishing spell. However, Prue interrupted them and forced Shax to his knees. All four sisters then joined together to vanquish Shax with the spell. Book of Shadows: 📖 (Shax, The Source's Assassin) Demonic hitman called out for only the top assignments by the Source. Corporealizes out of wind and air. Method of attack is a ferocious blast of wind that can be lethal to it's victim. To vanquish Shax chant: Is a demon of Evil winds that blows that which forms below no longer may you dwell death takes you with this spell. Powers and Abilities: Active Powers: *Aerokinesis: The ability to create and manipulate wind and air itself. Shax was able to fire concussive blasts of wind that were lethal to his victims. *Whirling: The ability to teleport through wind and air in a way that resembles tornadoes. *Super Strength: The ability to possess physical strength beyond humanly possible. *Sensing: The ability to locate people or objects. *Lightning Teleportation: The ability to teleport through lightning. Other Powers: *High Resistance: The ability to be highly resistant to magical and physical harm. Shax could withstand his own air blast and an energy ball thrown at him, and could only be vanquished when all three reconstituted Charmed Ones cast the vanquishing spell. *Immortality: Living for an infinitely long lifespan and having an arrested aging process. *Reconstitution: The ability to reform one's body after it is destroyed. Shax was blown up by Piper and later reformed. Facts: *Michael Bailey Smith who portrayed Shax also portrayed Belthazor, the Grimlock Janor in "All Halliwell's Eve", the Grimlock leader in "Bite Me", and The Source of All Evil in "All Hell Breaks Loose". *Piper considered Shax to be less of a threat to the Charmed Ones than Barbas because at least he could be easily vanquished. *Shax is the first demon that the Charmed Ones face, who is capable of recovering after being affected by Piper's Molecular Combustion power. *Shax is the only demon to permanently kill a Charmed One. *Although the Book of Shadows does not mention this, the vanquishing spell requires more than one witch to make the spell work effectively. If not, it would just cause him pain and force him to retreat. *The first sentence of the vanquishing spell "Is a demon of" are never used. *Shax is the name of a demon from the Ars Goetia, the first section of the demonology book *The Lesser Key of Solomon. Here, he is described as a Great Marquis of Hell, and has power over a thousand legions of demons on evil horses. Other names taken from this are Andras, Asmodeus and Barbas. *The entry on Shax was never seen on screen, however, it was included in a sticker-set and was shown in the special features documentary on the Book of Shadows (which was included on the special DVD-BoS set). *Shax looks different in Season 4. His hair and skin color is much darker and more grey, while he had a more bluish skin in "All Hell Breaks Loose". His facial appearance is also different. *Shax came fourth in a poll of the "Top 10 Villains" in Charmed, conducted by Charmed Magazine and Living (the UK broadcaster of the series). Drawing on his high ranking in demonic hierarchy, his ability to kill one of the Charmed Ones, and his frightening appearance, the poll concluded "he is one very dangerous demon". Although he seldom spoke, his "memorable quote" is also his only line on the show, "the end", uttered after fatally wounding Piper and Prue. *Shax is the first evil being seen by Paige, and the first evil being she helped vanquish. Who was the Dragon Warlock on Charmed? (Be Careful What you Witch For) 🧞🐉 •The Dragon Warlock was a hybrid warlock descending from a long line of warlocks spawned by a dragon and a sorceress. He was a feared killer who hated witches with a passion. History: •In 2000, the Dragon Warlock was hired by the Council along with a genie to destroy the Charmed Ones. The warlock was hesitant about working with the genie, stating that they only worked for themselves. •The bottle of the genie was sent to the manor and the genie eventually tricked the sisters into making wishes. When Phoebe wished for an active power, the Genie stole the warlock's power of flight and gave it to Phoebe. Furious, the warlock stormed the manor, though Piper froze him and Phoebe dropped him in a park. Dragon-Prue: (Dragon's eyes turn red as he attacks Prue) •The warlocks returned to the council and they summoned the genie to explain himself. The genie told the warlock to go after the powerless sister, Prue, whose wish had turned her into her teenage self. The warlock picked Prue up with a car and took her to the park. After kissing her, he revealed his true nature to scare her. Prue ran off and called her sisters, leading them into the warlock's trap. •As Piper and Phoebe arrived to save Prue, the warlock stabbed her in the back, killing her. The genie then began feeling guilty and decided to help the sisters. As the warlock attacked the manor, Prue was wished back to life and the sisters vanquished him with the Power of Three Spell. Facts: •Although the Book of Shadows states the Dragon Warlock descended from a dragon and a sorceress, the sorceress in question was presumably a warlock, as demons and warlocks are different species. •Despite being stated to be a mixed breed between warlock and dragon, the Dragon Warlock flew through kinetic force instead of wings. •It remains unclear exactly how a humanoid sorceress could mate with a dragon, a reptilian creature, to produce this breed of warlock.

What was the Water Demon on Charmed? (P3 H2O) 🌊 •The Water Demon was an elemental demon composed entirely of water. It killed by drowning its victims from the inside or by possessing victims and using the body to drag others underwater to drown. It roamed the lake of Camp Skylark near San Francisco, where the Halliwell family vacationed. Since the demon was made of water, its sole weakness was electricity. History: (Killing Patty Halliwell) •In the late 1970s, it killed several children at Camp Skylark. Patty Halliwell investigated it, as her children had attended the camp. With the help of her Whitelighter Sam Wilder, she figured out a way to vanquish the demon using electricity clamps at the side of the lake. Unfortunately, as Patty was about to implement her plan, Sam tried to stop her out of fear for her safety. Whilst she was distracted by Sam, the demon shot out from the water behind her, unaffected by her freezing power. It entered her body and drowned her from the inside on the dock. Facing the Charmed Ones: •In late 1999, the Charmed Ones learned about the demon after it had killed two more adults there, including the girls' old camp leader, Mrs. Johnson. To find out what their was planning to do in order to fight it, Phoebe had a premonition of her confronting the demon and how it killed her. In it, she grabbed power cables on the dock and prepared to shock the demon when it appeared (because it was made of water and thus vulnerable to electricity). The girls decided to use Patty's plan using the electricity clamps against it. Prue Halliwell decided to do so as Piper Halliwell would be at more risk, due to her power not working on the demon and Phoebe being the weakest of them all. •When the demon arose to confront Prue, it tried to trick her also by rising up behind her. However, Sam jumped in front of Prue and told it to take him instead of her. The demon did as he asked, giving Sam the opportunity he needed to kill it by attacking it with high voltage electrical cables; zapping it with this electricity, he was successful in destroying the demon, but he died in the process as he got electrocuted too. Powers and Abilities: Active Powers: •Hydrokinesis: The ability to control water with one's mind. By using water from the lake, the demon could resize and reshape itself as desired. •Possession: The ability to control others' bodies by inserting oneself into the bodies of the victims. •Sensing: The ability to sense the location of other beings. Other Powers: •Elemental Mimicry: The ability to transform into water. This is the demon's natural state, due to being composed of water. •Immunity: The ability to be immune to certain spells, powers or potions. The demon was completely immune to the powers of witches. Book of Shadows: 📖 (The Water Demon) Water Demon is a powerful and mysterious creature of evil. possessing great cunning and stealth, This demon kills by surprise, drowning it's victims in it's watery body. Facts: •The Water demon about to attack Prue and Sam Although mentioned before, the Water Demon's entry was seen for the first time on screen in "Hulkus Pocus". It was already known, however, since a scan of the page was released. •The entry for the Water Demon was presumably created for "A Witch's Tail" and not "P3 H2O". •The artist who drew the page, Dan Haberkorn, was not hired to draw the Book's pages until "Give Me a Sign". The style of the page also does not match the style of early season 2 pages. •The entry was added by the sisters after they encountered the demon since Leo was unable to find any information about it when they were fighting it in "P3 H2O". •This page was opposite the Sea Hag before the Krycheck Demon's page was added. This can be seen in "Hulkus Pocus" when the shot focuses on Piper. •When Paige mentioned the demon and compared it to the Sea Hag, she was fascinated by how it could kill its victims, which greatly upset Piper. She then revealed that the Water Demon was the one who killed their mother. • mThe Water Demon is one of only two demons (the second being Shax) who were seen successfully killing a Warren witch in the series. •Coincidentally, both are elemental demons. •The Water Demon is the first demon to be made of a pure element with the second demon being the Shocker Demon.

Who were the Collectors on Charmed? (They're Everywhere) 🧠🧐 •The Collectors are a breed of powerful warlocks who possess the power to drain knowledge through needle-like finger protrusions. They also happen to share the ability of blinking and are impervious to bullets. After draining the information from their victim's head, their victim becomes catatonic. A Collector also can restore the information into their victim's head, which in turn revives the person from their catatonic state. History: (Bayridge Convalescent Hospital) •Ben Bragg in the hospital In 1999, Phoebe volunteered at Bayridge Convalescent Hospital where she tended to Ben Bragg, who was the father of Eric Bragg. Ben was a catatonic patient at Bayridge for roughly six weeks and a Collector, posing as a doctor, was getting frustrated with the "long-term maintenance" needed to care for him. It was discovered that Ben was attacked by the Collectors so they could gain information on discovering the Akashic Records. Ben was close to discovering the exact location when he was attacked which proved to be the catalyst for his son's need to finish his work. Phoebe's premonition: (Eric being attacked in Phoebe's premonition) •For quite some time, the Collectors stalked Eric at the museum, watching him crack away at the map. Once he finally discovered the exact location of the Akashic records they set to go after Eric. But, because Phoebe was volunteering at Bayridge, she was able to get a premonition off Eric earlier ultimately saving his life. The Collectors attacked Eric in his apartment and after Piper and Phoebe intervened Eric managed to escape from the Collectors' grip and run to his dresser. He pulled out a gun and fired a shot into each of the Collector's chests knocking them to the floor. They quickly rose to their feet, their wounds healing automatically. Piper, Phoebe, and Eric ran out of the apartment. Charmed Ones intervene: (Dr. Stone with an athame to Piper's throat) •After Eric escaped, the Collectors went after everyone in the hospital, draining their minds, looking for Eric. They were unable to find him and thus their plans changed. They knew the best way to get to Eric was through his father. When the Charmed Ones reached Ben's hospital room the Collectors blinked in and out managing to steal the athame from the Rowe coven and hold Piper and Eric hostage. Dr. Stone threatened to cut Piper's throat if Prue used her power. However, Phoebe managed to slam a flower vase onto his head, knocking Piper and the athame free from his grip. Prue used her power to release Eric and catch the athame while Dr. Stone blinked out and back in behind Ben. Prue threw the athame at Dr. Stone but within the nick of time, the two Collectors blinked out with Eric's father. The Deal: (The Collectors succeeding in their mission.) •The Collectors blinked into Golden Gate Park with Ben Bragg. They felt they now possessed the ultimate bait... to restore Ben's knowledge and let Eric know that he could be restored completely, all Eric needed to do was show up. So they called Eric and planned an arrangement in Oak Grove. Eric, followed by the Charmed Ones, headed after the Collectors hoping they might be able to save Ben. Eric managed to get far enough ahead that he met up with the Collectors well before the sisters showed up. Once he arrived, Ben's knowledge was restored just long enough for him to see his son hold a gun under his chin. As fast as it was restored it was taken away, and Eric ran towards his dad. Collectors killling each other: (The Collectors vanquishing themselves.) •Ultimately the Collectors succeeded, they had Eric in their hands and they used their needle-like fingers to steal Eric's knowledge. Phoebe jumped in to save Eric but he was already unconscious and soon the Collector drained Phoebe of her knowledge (well, at least the last 3 weeks) as well. However, Prue and Piper were right behind Phoebe and because of the Collector's hunger for knowledge, they decided to stick around to attack the remaining two sisters. However, due to a spell, Prue and Piper were granted with telepathy and were able to hear the two Collectors planning their charge. With a step ahead of them, Piper was able to freeze the two Collectors in mid-attack and Prue used her power to move them together, ultimately draining each of their brains destroying them both. Aftermath: •With the Collectors vanquished, all of their victims' brain functionality were restored; though Ben, Phoebe and Eric all suffered from amnesia, forgetting the past three weeks. Who was Tuatha on Charmed? (That Old Black Magic) 🪄🧙 •Tuatha was a powerful evil witch from the 18th century. The legend stated that she could only be destroyed by the Chosen One, a mortal who is the seventh son of the seventh son. The penultimate Chosen One managed to entomb her into a cave for two centuries, until she was freed in 1999 by two treasure hunters. She was ultimately vanquished by the Chosen One of that era: a high school student named Kyle Gwydion. History: (Early life) •Tuatha was once a good witch, but for unknown reasons, she turned evil and started killing innocents and good witches. She was so powerful that she could only be defeated by the Chosen One, a mortal who is the seventh son of a seventh son. In 1799, a Chosen One was able to trick Tuatha into a cave and entomb her along with her serpent (presumably her familiar) in the Lost Caves, Muir Woods, and took her wand. Freedom: (Tuatha feeding the hunters to her snake.) •Two centuries later in 1999, Tuatha was freed by two treasure hunters. The men explored the cave believing it was a 19th-century mine shaft. They unknowingly released Tuatha, who instantly demanded her wand. As the men had no idea what she meant, she used her magical dust to shrink them and fed them to her snake. She then used the dust on her snake and told it to find her wand, causing to teleport away. •When Leo Wyatt learned of Tuatha's escape, he went to warn Piper and Phoebe. He informed them about Tuatha's history and that no one could vanquish her because she specialized in killing good witches. Only the Chosen One, the seventh son of a seventh son, could defeat her. The Charmed Ones had to find and protect him until he was ready to use the wand against Tuatha. Finding her Wand: (That Old Black Magic) •Tuatha's snake appeared in the apartment of an old woman named Betty, the current owner of the wand, which she had bought at a flea market. She was planning to sell it to Jack Sheridan, an internet auctioneer she met during Prue Halliwell's appraisal at Buckland Auction House. Tuatha appeared and took back the wand. Terrified by the snake and Tuatha, Betty screamed for help. This was overheard by Prue, who had stolen the address from Jack to purchase the wand herself. She witnessed how Tuatha killed Betty and then flung Tuatha across the room before escaping with the wand. •Knowing Prue would eventually come after her, Tuatha killed a filmmaker so she could use his heart in a dis-empowering spell. When Prue confronted Tuatha, she was shocked that her powers were gone. Luckily for her, Tuatha had not expected three witches and decided to retreat. She obtained two more hearts to strip Piper and Phoebe of their powers as well. •Meanwhile, Leo was training the Chosen One, Kyle Gwydion, to use the wand against Tuatha. However, Kyle lacked confidence and ran away after learning of the sisters' encounter with Tuatha. Battling the Chosen One: (Tuatha losing the wand to Kyle.) •Searching for the wand, Tuatha's snake appeared in the manor and nearly attacked Piper until Leo spotted it. After Piper unsuccessfully tried to freeze it, Prue stabbed it with a poker, causing the snake to split in two. Kyle then returned and used the wand to destroy the snake. Tuatha then appeared and knocked out Phoebe and Leo with a sleeping potion. She then trapped Piper and Prue and reclaimed her wand from a scared Kyle. •Knowing he lacked confidence, the sisters used a "courage potion" on Kyle, though Tuatha stated there was no such thing. However, with some encouragement from the sisters, Kyle was able to call for the wand and engaged Tuatha in a power struggle. He was eventually able to overpower Tuatha and vanquished her, destroying the wand in the process. Prue then revealed that Tuatha was right, as there was no such thing as a "courage potion", meaning that Kyle had defeated her on his own. Brief Resurrection: •In 2010, Tuatha was resurrected when she possessed Tyler Michaels's body, who was the host of Heremus. Since he was at the house of his boyfriend at the time, she interrogated him about Tyler's origins by threatening his parents. Tuatha was delighted to learn that Tyler was an Archai and planned to take full advantage of his reality-altering powers. •Just as Tuatha left through a portal, the Charmed Ones and Prue arrived. Prue instantly recognized Tuatha and quickly called her back, causing her to crash in the street outside. Tuatha undid the spell protecting the Charmed Ones from Prue, causing them to suffer in her presence. She then opened several portals to summon demons to attack the sisters and Kareem, while Prue fought Tuatha personally. After blasting her away, Prue astral-projected into Tuatha and found Heremus. She attacked the Old One, resulting in an explosion that vanquished Tuatha and returned Tyler to normal. Powers and Abilities: Basic Powers: •Spell Casting: The ability to cast spells and perform rituals. •Potion Brewing: The ability to brew potions. Tuatha appeared to be an adept in potion making-one of her potions knocked Piper and Phoebe off their feet when she threw it at them, her sleeping potion completely knocked out both Phoebe and Leo, while another potion of hers immobilized Prue and Piper. She also knew that there was no such thing as a "courage potion". •Scrying: The ability to locate a person or object by the use of a scrying crystal and a map. •Mediumship: The ability to see and commune with spirits of the dead. Active Powers: •Levitation: The ability to float in midair. Tuatha was shown levitating while possessing Tyler Michaels. •Power Negation: The ability to cancel out the powers or spells of other beings. While possessing Tyler, Tuatha nullified the spell that protected the Charmed Ones from Prue. •Calling: The ability to summon an object to one's hand. Tuatha could call forth her wand at will. •Reality Warping: The ability to manipulate reality. •Molecular Combustion: The ability to speed up molecules to the point that they combust. •Teleportation: The ability to teleport from one location to another. •Remote Teleportation: The ability to teleport other beings from one place to another without physical contact with that person or teleporting oneself. •Intangibility: The ability to alter one's molecular structure to a state that can pass through physical matter. •Shrinking: The ability to shrink objects or beings in size. •Pyrotechnics: The ability to generate fireworks. Tuatha used it to create a powerful blast that knocked Phoebe and Piper back. Other Powers: •Immortality: The ability to possess an infinite lifespan and an arrested aging process. Tuatha was able to survive being entombed for two hundred years. •Immunity: The ability to be immune to certain powers, spells, or potions. Tuatha was immune to a sleeping potion thrown by Phoebe. •Zoolingualism: The ability to understand and control animals. Temporary Powers: •Portal Creation: The ability to create portals. Tuatha could create portals of flames while possessing Tyler Michaels. •Pyrokinesis: The ability to control fire. Tuatha could generate fire out of her palms while possessing Tyler. The only known content is the "To Disempower a Witch" spell. •Tuatha's Wand: A magical wand that allows the user to alter reality. The Chosen One was destined to vanquish Tuatha with her own wand. •Magical Dust: A magical powder used by Tuatha for various effects. •Tuatha's Snake: A large snake that presumably served as Tuatha's familiar. It could clone itself as well as sense the location of the wand. Facts •Tuatha was the first evil witch to appear in Charmed. •As a former good witch, Tuatha understood how good witches operated, as seen by her first encounter with Prue: though Prue managed to escape with her wand, Tuatha was not overly concerned, as she knew for sure that good witches always returned to fight evil. This understanding is probably part of why she is an expert in killing good witches, and Leo also once stated that there was no way for even the Charmed Ones to vanquish her. •Though Tuatha seemed to depend on her knowledge of the Craft, her dust, and her wand instead of active powers, she was still one of the most powerful evil witches the Charmed Ones had ever faced. •As shown by their final confrontation with her, they would have been killed had it not been for Kyle. •When Tuatha was resurrected, Prue managed to vanquish her despite not being the Chosen One specified by the legend, but it was probably because she was empowered by the Nexus of the All. •Tuatha was the first being ever to display the power of Molecular Combustion, though it was through the use of her wand, and was also the first evil being vanquished with this power. Piper herself later developed this power. •Despite her infamy, she did not have a Book of Shadows entry, presumably because none of the Warren witches had met her until the Charmed Ones.

Who was Masselin on Charmed? (The Devil's Music) 👹🎶 •Masselin was a demonic spirit eater that assisted mortals in accomplishing their goals and taking their and others' souls as payment. The souls he devoured remained alive inside Masselin, tortured eternally for the pleasure he gets from their suffering. History: (Pact with Carlton) •Masselin made a Faustian Deal with Jeff Carlton promising to make him a successful music manager by attracting bands to him, such as Dishwalla. However, on the other hand Carlton had to bring "good souls" to Masselin so he could devour them. Darryl Morris mentioned that all over the country, girls had gone missing from clubs where Carlton's bands have played. When Carlton wanted to stop harming women and break the pact, Masselin waved his hand and Carlton burst into flames. He dropped to his knees, screaming in anguish and just as soon as the flames appeared they disappeared, leaving Carlton unharmed. He then realized that he was bound to Masselin and feared that one day Masselin would "burn the flesh off his bones for eternity." The last club, prior to P3, where Masselin was located was at the Butterfly's Cocoon (a popular club in 1999) and there he swallowed Tina Hitchens, a beautiful fan of Dishwalla's and once she met Jeff Carlton she said that "[she] would do anything to meet the band." However, when Darryl confronted Carlton about the missing girls he showed him three pictures of three different females and Carlton denied knowing any of them, including Tina Hitchens. After Masselin was vanquished by the Charmed Ones, Carlton was arrested for kidnapping. The Battle at P3: •In 1999, when Leo was sent to get the Charmed Ones involved in vanquishing Masselin, Leo attacked Carlton with magic he picked up from another one of his charges. It was a powder that when inhaled would open the victim up for suggestion. Leo simply suggested that Carlton have his band Dishwalla perform at P3. On the night of the concert, Phoebe walked up to Jeff Carlton, flattering him and saying that she would "do anything for a few pointers" on becoming a music manager (all of it being just a rouse to find Masselin). When Carlton locked Phoebe inside the back room at P3, Masselin revealed himself but as he saw the vanquishing potion he quickly disappeared. Masselin was furious with Carlton that he would let witches in to vanquish him and after pleading that he had no idea that Phoebe was a witch, he set out to destroy the potion. Carlton had two roadies do a "weapons check" on Phoebe resulting in the balloon bursting all over Phoebe's skirt (which was tied around her pants). Carlton's second job was to bring Masselin a new victim, this time Jenny Gordon (who also said that she would do anything to meet the band). Jenny proved to be Masselin's last victim; Carlton led the Charmed Ones to Masselin, where Prue ripped off Phoebe's skirt from her pants and used her telekinesis to send them into Masselin's mouth, causing him to disintegrate and freeing his victims. His girlfriend, Jane Franklin, tried numerous times over the years to get him out, to no avail. Freedom and Encounter with the Charmed Ones: •In 1999, Jane took the painting to Buckland Auction House posing as a distraught young woman who had inherited the painting. It is unclear how Jane knew that Prue Halliwell was a witch, let alone a Charmed One. Prue x-rayed the piece and noticed a Latin inscription behind the painting. She read it out hoping it would free him, but she was sucked into the painting. •When Prue entered the painting, Malcolm posed as an art historian who'd been trapped in the painting after a bitter breakup with Nell. He had written the words HELP on the window of the castle in the painting to attract Prue's attention. However, Max's Whitelighter found out that he was in trouble and sent clues to Prue Halliwell so she could help him. History: •Max inherited his magical abilities after his mother's death, and learned to harness them within six months, but never learned to rules and risks of using his powers since there was no one to guide him. His father forbade him to use his powers in public, which kept him unnoticed for a time; Max eventually developed the idea that his father hated him for his powers. A few months later, Max broke into an arcade with his friend, who noticed his ability and told his brother about it. Kidnapping: •One night, while Max is having dessert with his father, Gordan Franklin, two masked thugs kick in the door and kidnap Max. The thugs tell Gordan to not tell anyone if he wants his son back safe. •Max was then taken to an auto shop, and he used his power to send out an alarm message to someone who might be able to help. Max had then later used his ability to send a message to Prue on the spirit board. •Since the Charmed Ones don't know what to make of it, Prue goes to Andy Trudeau and tells him about a dream that she had about someone named Max needing help. Though the lead was vague, Andy eventually found out that a young boy named Max was kidnapped when the thugs forced him to disable the security system at a microchip plant as a test: a security camera caught his face. •Later that day, Andy visits Prue at her office to tell her about Max. Meanwhile, the spirit board starts moving and Prue records its message "Kidnapped auto shop". Prue goes to question Max' father and convinces him that she can help when she reveals to him that she is a witch, just like his son and late wife. By putting together the pieces, Prue finds Max at the auto shop and tries to rescue him, but is knocked out by one of the thugs. He also implanted a tiny bomb on Max' body; to keep Prue from using her powers on them. •Gordan finds them at the auto shop and begs the thugs to release his son, but is shot in the gut and left to die. While robbing a bank, Max uses his power to disable the bomb and Prue uses hers to defeat the thugs and lock them in. History: •When the Urn was stolen from a mansion in Cairo by Wesley, Palmer Kellogg, and Clay Muniz, the Guardian awoke and killed Wesley with a poisonous spider. •Clay brought the urn to San Francisco and talked his ex-girlfriend, Phoebe, into convincing her sister to auction it off. The Guardian followed Wesley's body to San Francisco and confronted Palmer at his hotel to ask where the urn was. She then proceeded to kill him with a scorpion. Meanwhile, Prue discovered the urn was stolen and cursed and informed her sisters. Clay and the sisters at Buckland Auction House: •When the sisters defended Clay and ran, the Guardian decided that more people needed to die for her to get to the thief. •Clay went back to the Guardian to protect Phoebe. Because of this selfless act, Clay was redeemed by the Guardian, who then returned to the urn and restored it to its rightful place in Cairo. Rex and Hannah had been dispatched by The Source to acquire the powers of the Charmed Ones. Hannah, along with Rex, began to watch the oldest of the Charmed Ones, Prue, once Prue has been hired at the auction house. Hannah and Rex were in a relationship and she became extremely jealous when other women spoke to him. Because of this, she spent most of her time finding petty ways to annoy Prue, such as tricking her into doing useless work at the auction house and stealing her sandwich. History: (Meeting Prue Halliwell) •Hannah's shoes get paint on them after Prue uses her power. After Prue quit her job at the American Museum of Natural History, due to a brutal breakup with her boss, she applies for a job at Buckland Auction House. Prue, despite not feeling the job is right for her, goes into an interview anyway. She is running late and bumped into Rex while in the elevator, and they have the interview shortly afterwards. After succeeding, Prue has a second interview where she meets Hannah for the first time. While there, the warlock couple tests Prue's abilities regarding antiques and artifacts. After Prue describes the statue the little dancer, Hannah "accidentally" knocks over a white paint can, causing Prue to flinch and use her newly acquired power to avoid being hit. The paint gets all over Hannah's shoes, something that greatly angers her. They notice her power usage, with Hannah swiftly believing that Prue is a witch. The Spencer-Michaels Wedding: •The impending wedding between Elliot Spencer and Allison Michaels revealed the demon Hecate had made a deal with Elliot's mother so Hecate could give birth to an heir. To help facilitate this process, Rex was given a female fertility icon that supposedly helps a woman conceive, as long as it is near them. With Piper catering the wedding, their intention was to get Phoebe and Prue involved in the same event so the warlocks can make their move. However, Hannah's incompetence resulted in Prue cataloguing the fertility icon. Later, Prue receives a male version of the same icon, when Rex reveals the female icon was a gift for the Spencer-Michaels wedding. Prue remarks that her sisters were organizing the catering for the event as well. Rex tells Prue to catalogue the icon anyway. Later that night, the sisters spy on Hecate's bachelorette party, and Prue notices the icon. Trying to avoid the Truth Spell: (Hannah takes Prue's sandwich and gloats.) •Tanya Parker is delivering sandwiches to Buckland's employees when she reaches Prue's office. Tanya saves the final turkey sandwich with no mayo for Prue. Hannah walks in and takes it as her own. Prue, who had cast a Truth Spell, asked Hannah why she took it if she didn't like the type of sandwich. Hannah responds that she doesn't like it, she just doesn't want Prue having it either. This angers Prue who asks why Hannah is such as bitch to her, to which Hannah replies that it is her mission to destroy her (literally), thus almost revealing herself as a warlock to Prue when Rex walks in. He laughs it off and takes Hannah outside to scold her for nearly blowing their cover. He takes a cigar out - and Hannah blows on it, causing it to light up and smoke. This is the first definitively supernatural sign that they are after the sisters and their powers. Matthew Tate: (Rex and Hannah out Prue as a witch.) •In another attempt to kill the sisters and obtain their powers, Rex comes across a cursed locket and gives it to Prue. She opens it, which results in the escape of a warlock known as Matthew Tate, Melinda Warren's former lover. Knowing that only a descendant of her can open the locket, Tate tries to kill Prue, but ends up copying her powers and escaping, with Rex listening in from the outside. Rex and Hannah are interviewed by the police regarding the ambush before celebrating their success in private. Rex and Hannah later catch Matthew after he killed a shopkeeper with the surname Halliwell and offer to help him obtain the sisters' powers. However, they have an ulterior motive - they want the powers themselves and intend to banish Matthew back into the locket. The task fails when Matthew is returned to the locket, but knowing that the sisters are the Charmed Ones, Rex admits that they should've gone after them directly after trying to do so secretly. Taking Initiative: (Hannah is upset after Rex gives away her ticket.) •Rex and Hannah waited until they saw an opportunity to steal the Charmed Ones' powers. Rex was able to utilize his new astral projection power to set certain events into motion. He first starts by hypnotizing Prue into taking a tiara under the pretense of her date book and stow it in a drawer in her room. After he comes back, he proudly states that the plan is underway. Hannah is confused about the new power, but comes to understand after astral Rex successfully convinces her to take her dress off without her realizing. After Rex gives Hannah's ticket to see the Verve to Phoebe, she becomes upset but Rex consoles her, telling her that upsetting Prue would give her a motive to steal the tiara in the minds of the police. In reality, Rex had no interest whatsoever in Phoebe and is in love with Hannah. Manipulating her was part of the plan. Murdering Jaime: (Hannah after killing Jaime.) •Hannah hides a security tape of Prue stealing the tiara in order to blackmail her and the sisters to give up their powers. After Jaime, the security guard, confesses to Prue that he believes her innocence. They go their separate ways, and Jamie is killed by a blow to the head with an artifact that Hannah was holding. In the meantime, Prue checked Hannah and Rex's identities but failed to gather any information on them, which she notes as suspicious. She later discovered Jaimie's body, and Rex manipulated Prue to pick up the artifact by making her believe a warlock would attack. Hannah than dumped the security tape of Prue stealing the tiara by Jamie's body. This prompts Andy and Darryl to arrest Prue upon their arrival, believing that she's the murderer. Hannah is Found Out to be a Warlock: •Phoebe seeks Rex's help with their predicament, but when she and Piper turn up at his "apartment" it is blank - except for Hannah's lipstick. Phoebe and Piper realize that Rex is a warlock-and if Prue is believed to be correct, so is Hannah. Hannah turns into a Panther: •When Rex announces that the sisters have placed their powers within the lantern object, Hannah is pleased at their success. She then drops to the ground and crawls to Rex in a sexual manner before shapeshifting into a black panther in preparation of killing the sisters. Vanquished: (Hannah is vanquished after killing Rex.) •While Hannah prepares to attack the Charmed Ones, their powers escape from the lantern Rex was holding (thanks to Leo who "healed" the Book of Shadows in the manor). Rex commands Hannah to kill them; as she jumps to maul them to death, Piper put both hands up and freezes her in midair, as well as, Rex. Prue then uses her telekinesis to move Rex in front of Hannah. The scene unfreezes; Hannah lands on Rex and kills him with her fangs. She morphs back into her human form, only to be horrified by what she's done. Infuriated, she blames the Charmed Ones, but before she can retaliate, Hannah and the mutilated body of Rex are engulfed in flames by an unknown force. Hannah desperately screams, saying it wasn't her fault. Her pleas for mercy go unheeded as both she and Rex are incinerated before the Charmed One's eyes. Powers and Abilities: Basic Powers: •Spell Casting: The ability to cast spells and perform rituals. •Potion Brewing: The ability to brew potions. •Scrying: The ability to scry for the location of other beings or object through the use of a map, a crystal and sometimes other tools. The warlocks forced the sisters to surrender their powers, though their plan was foiled by Leo Wyatt, who returned the sisters' powers, allowing them to vanquish the warlocks. History: (Taking over Buckland) •The real Rex Buckland founded the successful Buckland Auction House, which specialized in rare and valuable antiques. Shortly before the Charmed Ones gained their powers, a couple of warlocks killed Buckland and his coworker Hannah Webster, took their identities and integrated themselves into Buckland's workplace seamlessly. Other Activities: •While being stalked by the dream sorcerer, an exhausted and scared Prue almost stabbed Rex with a letter opener when he caught her off guard. When the demon Hecate came to earth to marry Elliot Spencer and conceive an heir, Rex and Hannah sent her a fertility icon. When Prue cataloged the artifact, Rex revealed it was a gift. When the sisters spied on Hecate bachelorette party, Prue noticed the icon there. •After Prue cast the Truth Spell to tell Andy she was a witch, the spell affected everyone around her. Under influence of the spell, Hannah nearly revealed her true identity, though Rex arrived and intervened. He scolded her and had Hannah ignite one of his cigars with her powers. When she opened it, she accidentally released Matthew Tate, a powerful warlock who was Melinda Warren's former lover. Matthew realized that she was related to Melinda and tried to kill her, though he only ended up copying her power. Rex and Hannah later confronted Matthew and offered to help him obtain the sisters' powers. However, they secretly planned to obtain the powers for themselves and trap Matthew again once they had them. The sisters succeeded in defeating Matthew with help of Melinda, leaving both Rex and Hannah concerned about their fate, fearful of what their boss might do to them for failing to obtain the Charmed powers. Now knowing for sure that the sisters were the Charmed Ones, Rex admitted to Hannah that they should have gone after them directly. When Prue didn't approve, Rex revealed to Hannah that upsetting Prue would give her a motive to steal the tiara in the minds of the police. After a good time at the concert, Rex took Phoebe to Quake for another date and later gave her flowers and even offered her a job to further anger Prue. Hannah became jealous, though Rex assured her it was all part of the plan. •When Andy and Darryl came to the manor to look for the tiara, Rex astrally guided them to it, though Piper moved it several times by freezing the scene. Rex angrily snapped at Piper before disappearing, vowing to up the stakes. Setting Prue up for Murder: (Rex manipulating Phoebe.) •Rex invited Phoebe to his apartment for another date and used the opportunity to plant a premonition of Prue being attacked by a panther. Phoebe quickly left and Rex dropped his illusion, revealing the apartment was empty all along. He then called the police and told them someone was trying to kill him. •Prue, who had become suspicious of Rex and Hannah, investigated them and talked to Jaime, a guard at Buckland. Hannah then killed Jaime with an artifact, which Rex then manipulated Prue into picking up. When Andy and Darryl arrived, it was revealed that Jaime had security footage of Prue stealing the tiara. With all the evidence against her, Prue was arrested for murder. •As Prue suspected Rex and Hannah, Phoebe and Piper went back to the apartment and found it empty. The sisters then realized that Rex and Hannah were warlocks. Rex spied on the sisters and had Hannah retrieve the tiara. When Phoebe and Piper broke Prue out of jail, Rex confronted them and took a picture. He demanded they released their powers in exchange for Prue's freedom and handed them a magical lantern to carry the powers in. Piper broke into the warehouse, froze everyone, and took a picture of Wong holding that day's newspaper regarding his death. The freeze broke right afterward and as Piper escaped in her car, Tony wrote down the license plate to track her down, but not before Piper sent the photo to Andy anonymously. •Angered at what Piper had done, Wong dispatched his goons to kidnap her. However, Prue, Phoebe, and Mark broke into the warehouse to rescue her. Tony tried to fire a gun at Prue, but Piper managed to freeze him before the bullet hit. Fleeing in fear, Tony was intercepted by the San Francisco police force outside the warehouse. He tried to resist by firing, only to be shot and killed in the gunfight. His soul emerged and he was horrified to see his own dead body. When he fled into the back alley, he met with Mark Chao's ghost before Yama appeared.
