Cha Seungwon Yoo Haejin and Son Hojun are veteran actors in Korea; The show is called "Three Meals a Day," and the premise of the show is to get away from the metropolitan/urban areas into the countryside (whether it be coastal rural towns or agricultural farmlands) and to "heal," for a lack of a better term. Cha is a really good cook, and does most of the in-house chores and has most of the responsibilities around the house; Yoo is a really great handyman and an outdoorsman, and oftentimes goes on hikes and does most of the fishing/fieldwork; Son was originally a guest, but Cha and Yoo liked him so much that he was brought on as a cast member and helps out a lot around the house. The show gained a lot of popularity for being really easy to watch and for having a really positive message, and gained a lot of notoriety over the internet through Cha's cooking and the three men's respectful relationships with each other.
Show's title can be literally translated to "3 Meals A Day" concept of the show is that they go have a house in nature and have to make food from what they can find around them (vegetable from fields, seafood from fishing, eggs from chickens, etc, (Basic ingredients are included) and they just literally cook and eat 3 meals a day. Usually they have one person take charge of cooking, one to fish, one to be the "assistant" role, and they have guests every now and then. They have multiple seasons where they go back and forth between farming/fishing type environments and they go back and forth between casts
