You have such pretty nails, no matter what the shape. My nails, nailbeds, cuticles, and fingers are all so wonky (and they're different hand-to-hand, too!), there's not one shape that works for every finger.
I'd have to see them to recommend something, but I had to play with my shape a lot to find something that really worked well for me because some of my nail beds flare out a bit as they go up and some are straight. Also, filing the product at the end can really mask the initial bail shape a bit if it's done right!
I know this video is about the shaping, but I don't see the colors used listed below. I can read what looks like "take my money," but that's not the dark color. Please, what is the solid dark color?
Melissa...Two questions: What type of clippers did you use to trim the corners off your nails prior to filing? You're lucky to have such long nail beds. For those of us who have very short nail beds (mine are square) I have to double the length of my nails with tips to get the same shape as your nails. Where then, on the sides of my nails, should I begin filing towards the tip of my nails to create the almond shape?
I've been wanting to reshape my square natural nails to almond but was unsure where to start. This was exactly the video I needed, but I gotta say watching your coffin nails disappear the more you filed gave me a bit of anxiety 😅..... Maybe I'll "file" this new found knowledge away for a more adventurous future me lol
I have a short coffin shaping video that still needs to be edited! Its all about just going from one side to the other over and over. Filing after applying the enhancement is so important for shaping too!

Usually I just use cuticle nippers!

I think you filed way too much from the sides. They are too pointy.
I liked them much better before you put that point on them.
