Okay, I feel the comments are being slightly harsh so I just want to comment.
I am both an Stay and an Atiny and I totally get what you mean by SKZ and ATZ brining that energy. To me they are so different from almost any group and in terms of performance, energy, music they stand high! Both ATZ and SKZ very much have found something that makes it so that every song is so recognisable as it being their song.
Also, the Felix vibes, I get that. Yeosang his voice works perfectly to capture your attention and they utilise his voice perfectly here. I don’t feel like you were necessarily directly comparing them but seeing as Felix might have been the first with such a deep voice you encountered, I can understand it being your frame of reference!

as a staytiny, i dont think you get to decide what other atinys get offended by, like of course you would try to side with them because you got strayteez crumbs. The comparison was completely unnecessary and he could have praised his voice without mentioning a single name other than yeosang’s own. Yeosang is yeosang and they could at least know their names before they start trying to say they remind them of someone who doesnt even compare to him.
What a stupid comment and they pinned it! I don’t think you get to decide how people feel about this and constant comparisons, these ‘reactors’ have been seeing ateez for a long time and not to know at lease one or two members? How? That just show lack of respect! You do not get to decide what we as atinys think
Yeosang and his voice are unique, so are from other members, no one in stray kids can sing like Jongho, no one in Stray Kids has the same vibe as Hongjoong, Mingi’s presence, Sani’s performance skills, etc so telling that they are similar is such a bs! If you’re a staytiny then you should know just how different the both groups are! Stray kids are Stray kids and ATEEZ are ATEEZ!
@@RLP1117 no one is obligated to know names but I wish more people understood what it’s like to always have to remind people to see ATEEZ as ATEEZ and not as another group. This wouldn’t be an issue if it happened once or twice, it just… happens a lot. Uncomfortably so.
@@RLP1117 I am definitely not deciding whether or not someone should get offended by it or not. I am a single person in a sea of fans, it wouldn’t be fair to do so. I am simply stating I am in both fandoms so I get what they meant with their comment about the energy both ATEEZ and Stray Kids bring as I experience it from both groups.
When someone does not know a name, they tend to go by frame of reference. Not everyone that watches a lot groups knows every single name. Some people have a particular hard time with learning names and there are a lot more reasons why they may not know a name. Or they may know names but not be able to place the face to the name et cetera. We are all different which also means some people want to learn the names of every group they hear, others only want to learn the names of their fave and other might not want to learn names at all.
For me it is totally understandable that they then say that a certain person they noticed reminded them of another person because of perhaps similarities. That can be the deep sound, it can be the way the members voice was utilised or where in the song said voice was added. It does not by default mean they just decided that that person is then forever stuck in that.
I feel that it is a perfect opportunity to then for example teach them the name and explain some things about the person. I saw some comments being mean about it which is just something I tend to dislike as I feel it’s important to be a positive force and that will often lead to better things than calling a person names, being condescending or anything in that regard!
Again, just my opinion, I don’t speak for anyone else! ☺️

The reactors did the same manner once when he said Mingi has RM's vibes. The reactor looks like has no idea to describe Ateez 🤭
The human brain works by tying new information back into things it already knows. What they said was not wrong. They weren’t saying Felix or Yeosang were better than one another, which would have not been okay. All they said was that they got Felix vibes because of how a deep vocal tone was being implemented.
He simply said he got reminded of him, it's common to say what's on your mind and what reminds you of always relating things like the mortal combat they got reminded of.
If he compared them and saying they copied his style whatever or said one was better than the other I would be offended but that was just a simple thought with no bad intentions :)

Ateez is the best performer. They are different taste. There's nothing like them. They are uique, powerful, passionate. They facial expressions, voices, visual everything different. I'm proud of them

I wouldn't be surprised if they don't react to Ateez anymore. People in the comments, Felix voice is heavily auto tuned, (and it's not heavily autotune for the most part) doesn't take away the fact that his voice is still very deep. Imo he has the deepest voice in kpop. When most people ( I said MOST) think of deep voices in kpop Felix is first to come to mind, just check out reaction videos. Other comments, he's not the only deep voice in kpop, of course he's not. Yeosang voice is pretty deep and unique, he's one of my fave members of Ateez.There's no need to get so upset over what they said, it was not a comparison. Now go outside and touch some grass.

You must have missed their Japanese release paradigm. It’s a performance video.
They have a very complicated storyline-one they are very committed to.
Their vocals are very good-and they sing live when performing. Their Inkigayo performance was very good. They also performed this at the Gayo on Jan 31st with an intro however only the still cam is worth watching.
Yeosang is the one with the deep voice. He sings in the same range but colors are completely different.

I dont want to sound rude its just my own understanding and opinion.. Im also a multistan of kpop groups but i try to respect them by first knowing their names and a little background about them. And i refrain also from comparing them with each other,, they are all in their unique lanes.. In my own way i also dont want to be compared to others because i am me, myself and i.. And i dont want to be backlashed by the golden rule: dont do unto others what you dont want others to do unto you😊

As a Atiny and Stay, i think it's fine. Your reaction completely fine. But let me tell you that sometimes and some of us (atiny) has concern how people "comparing" atz and others. It's sensitive for some us cause we want atz to be respectful and known. And i think these guy just a casual reactor, i pretty sure they not even have atz and skz songs on their playlist. How can i say? They are muggle. Kind of reactor that just having fun with their songs and mvs. I watching they reaction to skz as well, and they just recognize felix, it is understandable since felix always have the iconic part on his songs. After he become viral in gods menu for his deep voice, these guy keep remember him. They don't even know or mention other member even though the rest of skz doing great as well as felix. But muggle keep mentioning felix. So i think it's fine how they don't even know the rest of skz member. Pretty fair

The comments, OMG! Been liking Ateez for a while now and I agree I had hard time memorizing their names as well coz they mostly have korean names unlike other groups who uses common or western names. So for me that's totally fine. They would soon know their names for sure. But even if they don't, their main content is to react to different music from all over the world. Also SKZ members' name are easier to memomize than Ateez. And also Felix is an easy name to memorize so you'll get it when you first heard of it. So I don't think it's a bad thing. Let's not be too emotional. I always watch these two and they are very respectful and they always enjoy reacting to different kpop groups. Just keep goin. 😊

Not a frequent commenter but the way that the Yeosang-Felix vibes comparison got some of these fanatics in their feels made me want to do it... A vibe is a vibe is a vibe! Some characteristics or feels you get from a song is okay to be compared with whatever reference you're familiar with. They weren't disrespectful or malicious, just giving their honest opinion which they're entitled to. They also didn't say he was like Felix or sounds like him, just the vibe they were getting -why so offended and why feel the need to bring up other idols with deep voices?
I listen to a bit of Ateez and Skz and I understand the comparison for what it is. No harm no foul. Ateez killed it and that's what they were pointing out. Enjoy the reaction for what it is. Enjoy the song even more. That's it.
