Puff Pastry Danish with Blueberries and Cream Cheese

This easy Puff Pastry Danish is easy to whip up in the morning, and just just as good as the fancy pastry shop!
Ingredients:
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup blueberry preserves
1 package (17.3 oz) frozen puff pastry sheets (2 sheets), thawed
1 egg
1 tablespoon water
