    After viewing so many mini kettles, I decided to see if UA-cam had any reviews…. Well I enjoyed the review, I ordered it for my elderly parent who’s in a retirement home. Thanks for sharing.

    Great to see you back UA-cam videoing! It’s been too long but guess and hope you have been pretty busy. Bodum are a quality make and I have always been very pleased with what I have bought from them. I will shortly need to replace a cheap metal kettle I bought for my flat and so your video review is very timely for me as well as very helpful. It’s a great reminder not simply to search for the cheapest thing on Amazon but instead to search for quality names that you can trust and enjoy. Many thanks as always for all that you do on UA-cam! Take care and best wishes.

    The .5l says 17oz but it looks like max capacity may be more?

    lol, i don't know what what its like in the US but standard kettles in Australia and the UK have flip up lids and the clear measures on the side. Good review anyhow.

    I am curious as to how long it takes to boil water in it. Further, does it have an automatic shutoff feature? Great video, thanks!

    • @JSyntax
      @JSyntax  2 роки тому +1

      yes absolutely turns off automatically

      They're 700w, which is good for light duty circuits, but it takes 2-3 times as long to boil as most kettles

    Thanks for the informative video. Do you keep the base always plugged in? If so, doesn't it draw electricity?

    I have the 1 Liter version of your kettle, down from a 2L or was it 1.7L fat bottom kettle made by someone else. Because the sides are straight up & down it fits much easier in a case I use for traveling 🧳. Had it for about 1.5 or so years.
