Very cool and useful this tutorial, I just found out that you can copy the path to the position of another layer 🤯, thanks Move Shapes! I have a question: what is the benefit of using "exposure" over increasing the "glow"?🤔
Would be useful to mention that leaving the space on the right side at the start prevents the saber-glow from clipping once you move and duplicate it as a pre-composition later. Pain in the a*s to rectify that afterwards if you're an idiot like me ^^ But it is a cool animation, so thank you very much :)
It is really superb, outstanding & brilliant motion graphics, you have done gr8 job sir, the biggest like fully played stay blessed Sir, thanks a lot to share this treasured video for us.
There will be pre-synthesized bright edges when the circuit line has light passing through, and the screen still can't solve it if the mode is selected to add.
thanks for tutorial, everything worked except that when i paste the path onto the solid layer, it doesn't land right on top of the path, so i have to reposition manually, anyone know how to solve this?
Hello, your VFX is beautiful, but I can't copy the trajectory of the line on the circle, as you did at 3:55 of the video, how do you do it please? I have this error message: impossible to paste temporal data on spatial data 😟
When copying the path from the line, be sure Path is selected. Then Copy. Then on the circle, be sure to move your playhead back to the beginning, open Position, add a keyframe, then paste the path with Position still selected.
Man, AE still is a mystery land to me. I'm trying the same here, and i have a question: Creating a new comp, and "trying to pen" the comp directly, in the top appears the stroke options as shown in the video. But when i try the same pen in a solid, the "pen stroke options" don't appears in the top. What the difference between trying to "trim path a line" directly in a black comp and "trim path a line" in a solid? Why trying the same in a solid i don't have the same pen options? Thank you everybody.
This is going to help me so much in making my own custom wallpaper for my pc
This is too beautiful! thank you so much for this tutorial!
That was really helpful for me, thanks man.
OMG, I was just looking for this solution! Thank you for posting!

exposure in this context makes the whole thing more saturated and to pop more, glow amplifies the area of effect of the light around it
Best. Thanks a lot
We will wait for new video

Brilliant👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Great tutorial. But I'm having a hard time with the "add" blending mode when exporting with alpha. Any recomendations?
What a great job! Like your tutorials!😉👍👍
Amazing tutorial!! Thank you!
Beautiful
Fantastic ❤
I don't understand why when I link the path with the position of the circle, the circle is not seen but it does the animation.
Excellent 👏👏
спасибо, за урок! у меня свё получилось)

If this is the same problem that I had, you have to make sure the anchor point is central to the layer (Layer>Transform>Centre anchor point)
@@angellozzaroo thanks man!
every time i try to install the saber thing it tells me that the file is damaged and i must eject it?
Nice bro 🤜
Do you know how an image can be superimposed on the wall in a video where people are passing by and which image is covered when a person passes by?
wooow thanks you
What processor and graphics card size do you have?
plz try to add subtitles in your videos
Hello my friend, please explain the first logo in the channel
cooool
nice nice
can this be infinite??
Bun how to do it in a white background?
just make the composition with a white background at the start, the default is black most of the time but you can change it
Bro, at least put the keys you press on the screen, I can't follow this

Its actually REALLY simple just making the masks look real LOL
How can I make the background transparent?
just go to render settings under saber effect and change it from black to transparent
❤️
Damn
😂
terrible music selection lol just plain distracting.
